00:10going to show you how to give a little more texture
00:12and bluntness to your bob.
00:14I've always had a passion for hair.
00:16It started in the maybe fifth or sixth grade.
00:19I feel the same way today that I felt then,
00:21and I'm super blessed to have been able to work with
00:25and still work with some of the most amazing clients ever.
00:29I'm super appreciative.
00:30Okay, so let's start.
00:32I'm gonna just go through it with a flat iron
00:35and add all this random texture.
00:40During quarantine, I started an Instagram Live
00:44called Walk-In Wednesday.
00:46I just want it blunt, you know, blunt and short.
00:50And it was just something that I wanted to do
00:52because I was getting a lot of calls from clients.
00:55It was super fun, and it was something
00:57that people look forward to and I look forward to.
01:00And they got a lot of help from it,
01:02and I was happy to be able to get people out of the rut
01:05of not being able to see their stylist.
01:08I chose to curl it because I like how the ends look
01:13after cutting a curl.
01:15Because I've worked with some amazing clients,
01:18I've also gotten the opportunity to produce some amazing looks.
01:23And some of my favorite have been Zoe Kravitz Pixie.
01:27I love Janelle's cut for the Oscars as well.
01:30I love Journey's new cut.
01:32Super cute and rocker chic.
01:35Because my hair has been so dry lately,
01:38I've been using products that focus on replenishing its moisture.
01:42So I've been using Maui Moisture's Awa Pui Shampoo and Conditioner.
01:46It's so good.
01:47The main ingredients are aloe and coconut water.
01:50You know, that's the formula for hydration and I know I need it.
01:56Also, if you need a nice oil, they have a nice weightless oil mist.
02:00And I usually use that for like a little once over
02:03or I'll make a cocktail with the conditioner.
02:05Now it's all done.
02:07I'll just use a little once over shine.
02:10I'm really in love with my little transformation haircut.

02:17It's so cool because you can just live in it.
02:20It doesn't need a lot of attention or fuss.
