00:00Bobby, what would you tell the Rays guys in the clubhouse right now down 0-3 if, you know, because
00:06you just mentioned, hey, you're in it.
00:08The scoreboard may not dictate that, but we're competitive because, again, last night we saw an eight-run fifth.
00:15I mean, obviously, that's something that you don't see a lot because it was a baseball record.
00:19What would you tell those Rays guys if you're Kevin Cash?
00:24Well, first off, you know, you'd have to speak Spanish as your first language because most of the guys, their
00:33second language is English.
00:36So I wouldn't be very good at that kind of talk to the clubhouse.
00:40But I think they just have to understand that they've been good for a really long time.
00:45And the reason they've been good because they're able to play the game of baseball the way the game the
00:51baseball is supposed to be played.
00:53They lost that magic for the last few days, making errors, getting thrown out on the bases, looking like they're
01:02not positioned properly in the outfield.
01:04And even Kevin Cash, who I think is a really good manager, maybe the top three managers in all of
01:11baseball, seems like he was asleep at the wheel on a couple of situations early in the series.
01:17But just as quickly as you lose that magic, you can gain it back.
01:22And it sometimes happens with a bloop over the first baseman's head with a man on second and two outs
01:29and a lousy swing and a broken bat.
01:31And you really didn't do anything right at the plate, but you scored a run and you think, oh, the
01:37worm has turned.
01:39And, you know, Milwaukee is on such a run that it seems like it's hard to stop that snowball that's
01:47moving downhill because it's growing.
01:50But if it turns on them and they experience, you know, a little defeat and a little questioning of what's
02:00going on, the worm could turn.
02:03I don't think it could turn for four games.
02:05I think the series is going to be in Milwaukee's hands the rest of the way and they'll have the
02:12trophy.
02:13But, you know, these are pretty good baseball teams without major superstars on them.
02:19And that's another good news for baseball.
