00:23Zelensky added Ukraine was willing to negotiate in any format, but insisted that Kyiv must be directly involved.
00:31His comments came as U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff held talks with Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg.
00:39Meanwhile, Russia on Wednesday agreed to resume three-way negotiations next month with Washington and Kyiv, aimed at ending its
00:47war in Ukraine.
00:48According to a top Kremlin aide, Putin agreed, quote, in principle, to restart the talks after 10 November, potentially setting
00:58up the first such talks since February, when the three-way talks were paused.
