Kyiv seeks license to produce Patriot systems for Ukraine and Europe

With Russia deliberately targeting Ukraine’s energy system each winter, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at the G7 summit that he wants to bring the war to an end before the next cold season. Kyiv now holds a stronger position both on the battlefield and in its strikes deep in Russia.
