00:00This, of course, is where we can't trust government because this government never
00:04accepted the result of the greatest democratic exercise in Britain. The Tory
00:08party never really believed in it and didn't deliver it. So is there
00:11frustration with Brexit? Yes, I'm frustrated. I didn't vote Brexit to let
00:16millions of people in. We didn't have to do it. The Tory government chose to do it
00:20and we're still, to some degree, less but some degree, doing it. So there are
00:25frustrations with the way in which it was delivered. Brexit is about self-government.
00:29Either you believe we should be self-governing or you don't. That's what
00:33it's about. They might, by sleight of hand, take us closer back, remind
00:38people this government was elected on a manifesto. Andy Burnham was elected in
00:43Makerfield on a promise of not reopening old arguments and crucially he goes to
00:49Brussels on November the 20th for a key summit. He must not sign up to anything
00:54there without at least putting those minor changes to a general election.
