00:27Because, according to the latest reports, two teams slip through Doom's spell with every
00:32memory intact.
00:34One is a group of young heroes the MCU has barely introduced.
00:38The other pulls together three different Spider-Men, a Wolverine, a Deadpool, and a Loki who may
00:44be building an army across the multiverse.
00:47Two teams, two missions, and what they do next could decide how Secret Wars ends.
00:53Let's start with what's actually locked in.
00:55Avengers Doomsday opens December 18th, Avengers Secret Wars follows on December 17th, 2027.
01:03Joe and Anthony Russo are directing both, Stephen McFeely wrote them, and Robert Downey Jr. is
01:09playing Victor Von Doom.
01:11The structure is deliberate.
01:13Just like Infinity War and Endgame, this is one story told in two halves, and the leaks
01:19all point the same direction.
01:20Doomsday ends with the villain winning.
01:24Now, here's where it gets interesting.
01:26A Reddit leaker called Dborn1, who has been right about MCU plot details before, claims
01:32Secret Wars picks up a full year after Doom's victory.
01:36Thanks to his reality bending, everyone now lives on Battleworld, a medieval, feudal version
01:42of the MCU that its residents believe has always existed.
01:46Other scoopers say most of Doomsday's biggest heroes will be brainwashed and stripped of their
01:51memories, which is why their screen time shrinks until the final act.
01:55That's a direct echo of the comics.
01:58In Jonathan Hickman's 2015 Secret Wars, Doom and Doctor Strange stitch Battleworld together
02:04from the wreckage of dying realities.
02:06Before that, Reed Richards and Black Panther build a life raft and rescue a small group
02:11of survivors from the main Marvel Universe.
02:14Reed loses his family along the way.
02:17And when the survivors land on Battleworld, Doom is a god.
02:21He has taken Reed's wife and children as his own.
02:24A second raft, carrying Thanos and his villains, has landed too.
02:28Two ships.
02:29Two groups who remember everything.
02:32Insider James Mack says the movie draws mainly from that 2015 comic.
02:37So the obvious question is, what replaces the life raft?
02:41One popular theory points to the quantum realm.
02:44And that's where the first team comes in.
02:46The Young Avengers are the one group Marvel has actually shown us.
02:50On September 28th, as tickets went on sale, a wider ScreenX cut of the Doomsday trailer
02:56revealed something small but telling.
02:59The moment where Scott Lang hugs his daughter Cassie isn't happening at Scott's place.
03:04It's happening in Kate Bishop's apartment.
03:07Kate herself isn't in the footage, and Marvel hasn't announced Hailee Steinfeld.
03:11But the apartment connects to the Marvel's post-credits scene, where Kamala Khan showed up
03:16at that very door to recruit Kate for a new team and asked about Cassie.
03:21Katherine Newton has already confirmed she's back.
03:24And insider James Mack has said three Young Avengers appear in Doomsday.
03:29Earlier this year, pre-production concept art surfaced, showing Kamala, Kate, Cassie, Wiccan, and Speed,
03:36with Wong and Star-Lord watching over them.
03:39The Russos have said that kind of art doesn't accurately reflect the final plans.
03:43So it's a clue, not a promise.
03:45Now, the twins.
03:48In the comics, Billy and Tommy begin as magical constructs, sons Wanda created from fragments
03:54of the demon Mephisto's soul.
03:56When Mephisto takes them back, their souls are reincarnated in two unrelated boys.
04:02Billy Kaplan, who becomes Wiccan, and Tommy Shepard, who becomes Speed.
04:06Eventually, they go looking for the mother they've never known.
04:09In the MCU, Joe Locke's Billy arrived in Agatha all along.
04:14And Vision Quest, which premiered October 14th, brings in Ruri Malika as Tommy.
04:19According to a report from My Time to Shine Hello, as the Source video relays it,
04:24the Young Avengers survive Doomsday's final incursion, twins included,
04:29and wake up in Battleworld with their memories intact.
04:32Their first mission is to find Wanda.
04:34How do they survive?
04:36The Source's version has Scott Lang using his Pym Particles to modify the Fantastic Four's
04:42ship so it can pass through the Quantum Realm, then telling Cassie that if the heroes lose,
04:47she should go.
04:48There's no outside reporting on that ship detail that I could find, so treat it as unconfirmed.
04:53But the idea has a clear precedent.
04:56In Endgame, Scott's years trapped in the Quantum Realm are what gave the Avengers their
05:01way back.
05:01One write-up suggests the Young Avengers could fill that same survivor role.

05:29Iron Lad's time-traveling intervention restores her memory, and she finally embraces her sons.
05:35Several scoopers say the movie borrows from that story.
05:39Majestic underscore UCM claims Wanda is imprisoned inside Doom's castle, and that freeing her
05:45is the only way to erase Battleworld.
05:47Alex Perez of the Cosmic Circus says the Maximoff family will be reunited.
05:53The source video goes a step further.
05:56Wanda is one of Doom's Latverian witches, and just like the comics, she refuses to listen
06:02to her own children, right up until Doom discards her for bigger power.
06:06So, is Wanda a prisoner or a willing partner?
06:10Reports don't agree.

06:55Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield.

07:08Their mission, according to the leak?
07:10Split up, cross the multiverse, and hunt for a weakness in Doom's design.
07:14The source video describes them waking up fully aware, then scrambling to find each other.
07:20She-Hulk goes looking for the Hulk.
07:22Reed heads out to find Sue and Franklin and gets captured by Doom,
07:26which would line up with concept art showing Doom beside a queen and a young prince, possibly Sue and Franklin.
07:32Vision's inclusion makes a kind of sense too.
07:35As an android, he may have been immune to the memory spell.
07:39That part is the source's guess, not a reported leak.
07:42And then there's the Spider-Man reunion.
07:45Tobey, Andrew, and Tom, together again.
07:49The source claims Tobey's Spider-Man and Wolverine team up with Sylvie and Mobius to hunt for Loki,
07:55which would suggest some TVA agents escape Doom's attack on the agency.
07:59That one I couldn't corroborate, so it stays in the rumor column.
08:03Now, here's the wild card.
08:06Venom.
08:07At New York Comic Con earlier this month, Marvel built a display of Doctor Doom's lab,
08:12filled with artifacts from across the multiverse.
08:15It included a piece of the Venom symbiote, Cyclops' visor, and a broken fragment of the Silver Surfer's board.
08:22Fans connected the symbiote to the sample left behind in Spider- No Way Home.
08:27And in the comics, Spider-Man first picked up the black suit during the original 1984 Secret Wars.
08:34The source's theory goes further.
08:36Tom Holland's Spider-Man bonds with the symbiote, and Tobey and Andrew have to stop him.
08:42A caution though.
08:43One Spanish outlet noted the lab on display is the one from Fortnite,
08:47and nothing official says it appears in the film.
08:50Tom Holland, asked about symbiote rumors, said he has no idea.
08:54And reporting suggests Holland may sit out Doomsday entirely,
08:59with one scooper placing him in Secret Wars instead.

09:45He's a Loki variant, who says you can't have the Avengers without a Loki to bring them together.
09:51That tracks with the MCU in a way that's almost too neat.
09:56In 2012, Loki's invasion is what forced the original Avengers to assemble,
10:00and James Mack says Secret Wars will pull from Avengers forever, with Loki as Avenger Prime alongside the 2015 comic

10:10Then there's the Tony Stark piece.
10:12The source video points back to a plot leak from months ago.
10:16A variant of Tony Stark, drunk in a bar, is approached by Loki and his multiversal Avengers.
10:22Tony refuses and throws them out.
10:24Then, right as they're leaving, he changes his mind.
10:27That would echo the comic's Ant-Man version of Tony.
10:30I couldn't trace that specific leak, so it's unconfirmed.
10:34What is documented is that reports have long claimed Marvel once planned for Robert Downey Jr.
10:40to play a Tony Stark variant in Secret Wars.
10:42If that's true, the finale could pit Doom against an Iron Man variant, with Downey playing both sides.
10:49That's speculation.
10:50But think about that for a second.
10:52Still, the pieces don't fit perfectly.
10:55D-Born 1's leak says Doom steals Loki's power.
10:58So, either the leaks are describing different versions of events,
11:02or Loki's role is more complicated than the rumors suggest.
11:06The source video insists Loki will be the most important good side character in both Doomsday and Secret Wars,

11:43because there is simply that much story to cover.
