00:00It's like take a pause and look at and want to audit in some capacity, Aaron Glenn.
00:06The in-game stuff with the time, managing the clock, the overtime thing in Green Bay,
00:14that stuff you'd give him a negative grade.
00:17But if you want to just talk about his superpower, if you want to talk about him calling defense,
00:23he has been outstanding at calling defense.
00:27100%.
00:27And creating pressure and finally getting David Bailey fully unleashed.
00:32He has five sacks right now.
00:33He's leading all rookies.
00:35He's fantastic.
00:36And so Aaron Glenn is part of the reason that you look at this Jets team
00:41and you kind of don't know what to think because he's been really good as a defensive coordinator.
00:46He's been very average as a head coach.
00:48Yeah, and that's his job, unfortunately.
00:50You could be the greatest DC ever.
00:52Robert Sala ran a pretty good defense, too.
00:54At times, Rex Ryan grabbed a really good defense, too.
00:57You've got to win games.
00:58Look at the 49ers.
00:58The 49ers have a top-10 defense route.
01:00Raheem Norris, fantastic defensive coordinator.
01:03He hasn't been good as head coach.
01:04No, but you are right.
01:05Like, through these five games, Aaron Glenn's great in terms of running this defense,
01:10I think, is an A because talent-wise, they're not a top-five defense.
01:13But statistically, they're playing like a top-five defense.
