00:01Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Detscher, here at the Paris Motor Show.
00:07Today is a very important moment for Detscher.
00:10In March, I presented our Roadmap 2030 as part of the Future Ready Plan with five strategic pillars.
00:19Our way to continue to make essential, affordable, desirable, and electrified mobility accessible to all.
00:28Seven months later, I show you concrete results.
00:34We have made strong progress across our five strategic pillars.
00:39Today, I will highlight three of them.
00:42With two world premieres, we are proving that Detscher is not just setting ambitions.
00:49We are turning them into reality.
00:52First, we are accelerating electrification across our entire range.
00:57At the end of 2025, one out of four Detscher sold was electrified.
01:04Fully electric or full hybrid.
01:07By 2030, that figure will rise to more than two-thirds.
01:13The recent introduction of the full hybrid powertrains on Sandero and Sandero Stepway is a major milestone in that acceleration.
01:23Europe's best-selling passenger car is now going full hybrid.
01:29In urban driving, Sandero full hybrid can operate in an all-electric mode for up to 80% of the
01:36time.
01:38With this launch, every Detscher model now offers a hybrid powertrain.
01:42End of August, Detscher ranked fourth in the European full hybrid passenger car market.
01:50Sandero full hybrid will give us an even greater moment to be the reference for affordable hybrid technology.
01:58Second, we are accelerating our expansion in the C-segment.
02:04Bigster has already established Detscher as a credible and successful player in this highly competitive market,
02:12which represents around 40% of the European market.
02:16Our objective is to build on that momentum, increasing the share of C-segment vehicles in our sales mix from
02:2320% today to one-third by 2030.
02:28Stryker will be the powerful driver of this growth.
02:31At a length of 4.62m, our new electrified, unexpected, and dynamic crossover combines the high driving position and outdoor
02:44capabilities of an SUV,
02:46the efficiency and the performance of a saloon, and the versatility and convenience of an estate car.
02:54What makes Stryker even more compelling is the exceptional efficiency for a vehicle of that size.
03:02With fuel consumption of just 4.2 liters per 100 kilometers and CO2 emissions starting at only 95 gram per
03:12kilometer,
03:12it achieves the efficiency levels typically associated with a hybrid city car in a C-segment crossover.
03:21In July, we gave the press a full preview of this vehicle.
03:26It was a real pleasure to see the excitement it generated.
03:31Today, Stryker is making its world premiere here in Paris and will be very soon available at our dealerships.
03:39Third, we are stepping up in our electric offensive.
03:43By 2030, Detscher will launch four new electric vehicles.
03:48Today, we are unveiling the first, New Spring, marking its world premiere here in Paris.
03:57The first generation of Spring has already proved that affordable electric mobility is what customer wants.
04:04Since its launch in 2021, it has attracted 210,000 customers,
04:11more than 93% entering in the electric market for the first time.
04:17Detscher helped to open electric mobility to a new generation of customers.
04:23With New Spring, made in Europe, we intend to go even further.
04:28Everything is new, but the name.
04:31It is more modern, more robust, and more versatile,
04:34while remaining focused on what customers truly need.
04:39Sandero Full Hybrid, Stryker, New Spring.
04:44Three concrete proofs that Detscher is delivering on its strategy.
04:49And now, ladies and gents, before handing over to David Durand,
04:53Vice President of Detscher Design,
04:55it is time to reveal the new spring.
05:23Good morning, everyone.
05:26At the very beginning of the project, we asked ourselves a simple question.
05:32What should affordable electric mobility by Detscher look like in the future?
05:38The answer led us to rethink everything.
05:42The dimensions, the proportions, the platform, the technologies, the interior.
05:48In short, we created a completely new experience for our customers.
05:53There is only one thing we kept the same, the name.
05:57And yet, look, this is a Detscher.
06:01Let me show you why through our three brand markers.
06:06First, essential and cool.
06:09New Spring is 18 centimeters wider and longer than the previous generation.
06:15That changes its stance immediately.
06:18It looks robust, confident, and much more mature.
06:22The design is clean, structured, easy to understand.
06:27The shapes are geometric, and every line serves a purpose.
06:33At the front and rear, the black panel connects the lights,
06:37creating a distinctive signature, inspired by the Detscher link.
06:43This strong graphic identity also creates a clear family link with Stryker.
06:50Different vehicles, different personalities, but definitely the same Detscher design language.
06:57Inside, the same logic continues.
07:00The horizontal dashboard creates a real sense of space
07:03and clear, well-organized layouts.
07:07The 7-inch driver display and the 10-inch central screen
07:10sit exactly where you would expect them to be.
07:14The technology is modern, intuitive, and useful,
07:18never complicated for the sake of it.
07:22And being cool is not only about style.
07:25New Spring brings more perceived quality, more comfort,
07:29and a more welcoming cabin,
07:32while remaining simple, extremely easy to use.
07:38Our second brand marker, robust and outdoor.
07:42Look at the short high bonnet,
07:44the upright front and rear,
07:46the stronger wheel arches,
07:49and the pronounced shoulder over the rear wheels.
07:52Every element reinforces the car's strong grounded stance.
07:58And at Dacia, robustness is never just a styling exercise.
08:02It's essential in our everyday thinking.
08:06New Spring is still compact and agile in the city,
08:10but its roominess and improved driving experience
08:13also makes it a truly versatile car
08:16for everyday journeys,
08:18weekend activities, and longer adventures.
08:22That's why the front and rear bumpers
08:24have large protective areas
08:27with a lined grain,
08:29so small scratches and everyday knocks
08:31are far less visible.
08:33Simple, practical, durable,
08:37and built for everyday use.
08:40And the third brand marker,
08:42Echo Smart.
08:43For us, Echo Smart means
08:46smart efficiency with pragmatic choices.
08:50Take the lighting signature,
08:53only the upper part uses LEDs.
08:57The lower section complete the drawing
08:59simply by reflecting the light.
09:02The result is distinctive, efficient, and clever.
09:06You see the same thinking with Euclip.
09:10Integrated mounting points in the cabin and in the boots
09:13let customers add exactly what they need.
09:17Extra storage, a cup holder,
09:19even an holder for the charging cable.
09:21And the whole vehicle follows that logic.
09:25At Dacia, we always aim to make things simple.
09:31With Spring, it is true of the range.
09:35One efficient 60 kilowatts motor,
09:38one new generation 27.5 kilowatt hour LFP battery.
09:43It delivers up to 250 kilometers of WLTP range
09:49and is carefully aligned with the way customers actually use the car.
09:56With a combined consumption of just 12.7 kilowatt hours per 100 kilometers,
10:02New Spring is also one of the most efficient vehicles in this segment.
10:07And it's built right here in Europe
10:10at Novo Mesto plants in Slovenia.
10:14So yes, New Spring is modern, spacious and versatile.
10:19It's also simple, efficient, and of course affordable.
10:23It's a true everyday companion,
10:26faithful to what made Spring successful,
10:29while taking the product to an entirely new level.
10:35Catherine, back to you.
10:42Thank you, David.
10:45Look at the New Spring and Stryker
10:47and you see the strengths of our strategy.
10:50Two different vehicles designed for two different set of customers,
10:54but with one ambition,
10:56to make essential, desirable, and electrified mobility accessible to all.
11:01As the market adds complexity, Dutch share removes it.
11:07As cars become more expensive, Dutch share focuses even more on value.
11:12As competition gets tougher, Dutch share is speeding up and executes.
11:17We make clear choices.
11:19We invest in technology that truly matters.
11:22And we refuse to make customers pay for features they don't need.
11:27Because best value for money is not about the purchase price only.
11:32It's about the full cost of owning a car.
11:34Energy consumption, servicing costs, quality, and residual values.
11:40New Spring brings that philosophy to electric mobility,
11:44with a battery and range aligned with real customer use,
11:48outstanding efficiency, and European production.
11:52Stryker brings the same winning formula to the C segment,
11:56combining bold design, space, versatility, electrified powertrains,
12:01and exceptional efficiency at an accessible price.
12:05This is not about just following the market.
12:09It is about challenging it, the Dutch share way.
12:12One more concrete proof for that.
12:14When we first presented to Stryker,
12:16we told you its starting price would be below 25,000 euros.
12:21Today, we can tell you that Stryker will start at 23,490 euros in France,
12:28and orders will open tomorrow.
12:31We made a promise.
12:33We are delivering it.
12:34And we are going further.
12:36The plan is clear.
12:37The products are here.
12:38And the execution is underway.
12:40Thank you very much.
12:42And please join us now to discover the new Spring and the Stryker.
12:47Thank you.
12:51Ladies and gentlemen,
12:53the speakers are now available for photographers in front of the vehicle.
12:57Thank you.
12:58Thank you.
13:00Thank you.
13:01Thank you.
13:03Thank you.
