00:00So in Minnesota, a homecoming game that started Friday night just finished this evening, and
00:05that's because it was canceled with just a few minutes left to play when police say it
00:10was disrupted by a shooting involving Somali gangs.
00:14Two students who didn't attend either school were shot.
00:17Authorities tell News Nation that Somali gang violence is a growing problem.
00:22They say there's been more than 100 Somali gang-related shootings in the Minneapolis
00:27area in just the last two years.
00:31Republican congressman from Minnesota, Tom Emmer, writing in part on X, Somali gangs are
00:35terrorizing our communities and putting our children's lives at risk.
00:40Rich McHugh is live in Minnesota.
00:42Rich, what are you hearing from the community about this?
00:47Hi, Brian.
00:48Well, we're here at a community meeting.
00:49Residents are inside right now asking their elected officials a lot of questions.
00:54You know, it's a taboo subject here, Somali gangs.
00:58Elected officials rarely here are acknowledging it.
01:02Residents themselves are fed up.
01:04They want honesty.
01:05And the police are saying the public is at risk.
01:09The f*** got a n***a shot, fam.
01:12A packed homecoming game turned into pure chaos Friday night.
01:16Two were shot, loaded onto stretchers, police, emergency vehicles swarming.
01:20And now authorities have confirmed Somali gangs were behind it.
01:24The two teens shot both Somali males, both known to law enforcement.
01:28The game abruptly canceled.
01:30The homecoming dance the next night canceled too.
01:33While law enforcement here has confirmed these Somali gangs exist,
01:38some officials have refused to accept it.
01:40Just months ago, the Hennepin County attorney called it fiction.
01:43There are no roving gangs of Somali people in this community harassing, threatening, doing anything.
01:53She's wrong.
01:53Phil Parrish, former Naval Intelligence Officer and Joint Terrorism Task Force member,
01:58is the founder of Operation Shadowhunt.
02:01He blew the whistle on the Somali fraudulent daycares in 2017.
02:05And now he says the fraudsters and gangsters are often part of the same criminal enterprises.
02:10The actual activities of these gang members is interwoven with the fraud networks
02:19that are running sites with no services, and it's involved in every aspect of the fraud.
02:25Daycares.
02:26Daycares, Medicare, the housing assistance, the HUD programs.
02:30All of these programs are riddled with the exploitation of public services,
02:36and they're directly supporting these gangs.
02:39Sheriff Bob Fletcher and his team of detectives are intensely focused on the gang problem.
02:46In the last two years, there's been 14 Somali homicides,
02:52100-plus Somali shootings, all gang-related.
02:56We have about 12 different Somali gangs in Minnesota.
02:59We have a handful to in Ohio that our Minnesota kids are linked up with.
03:04Our gangs are not only sitting in Minnesota.
03:06We now know they're going to Ohio as well.
03:10This meeting here in Edina is titled Gun Violence, Brian.
03:13The residents we're talking to, it's now the public comment section.
03:16They're saying, let's call this what it is.
03:18It's gun violence, yes, but it's also gang violence, Somali gang violence,
03:22and it's here, and it's time to address it.
03:24Back to you.
03:26All right, Rich, appreciate the report.
03:29Yeah, we got to talk about the Somalians,
03:31because they have been growing more and more violent by the year,
03:36and it's reaching a boiling point right now.
03:40And I want to talk about it.
03:43In this next clip that I have for you, it is from The Daily Caller.
03:46Shout out to The Daily Caller.
03:48But you have a Somalian mayor.
03:52Yeah, she's genuinely Somalian.
03:55And she comes up with the craziest idea as far as how to help stop this Somalian gang violence.
04:05But then also, she goes on to say something later in the video that she fails to find the irony
04:13in.
04:14But we'll get into that here in a second.
04:16Stick around.
04:17You're not going to want to miss it.
04:19Smack that like button.
04:20Subscribe if you are new.
04:22And let's dive in, because this is just some wild, wild stuff.
04:26We got to deport these Somalians, boy.
04:28I tell you, it's getting crazy.
04:30And the answer is easy.
04:32Bad guns.
04:33That's the Somali immigrant mayor of St. Louis Park, Minnesota,
04:36with her solution on how to stop Somali gangs in America.
04:39In case you haven't heard, a football game in Minnesota was evacuated when Somali gangs started shooting at each other.
04:45And yeah, Somali gangs in Minnesota have become a problem.
04:49Somali gangs are still young and growing, with about 300 involved right now.
04:53The gang's really coming on scene in 2022.
04:56But what separates their actions from traditional gang violence is it's mostly just about bragging rights.
05:02From what I've seen, is that right now it's all about showboating.
05:06It's all about ego.
05:07These kids, for the 99% part of it, they aren't selling narcotics.
05:12It's all about just gloating.
05:14So how does this Somali mayor want to solve this?
05:17By stripping the rights of Americans, of course.
05:20And the answer is easy.
05:22Ban guns.
05:23How are these 14-year-olds, 15-year-olds, 16-year-olds getting access to guns?
05:27Like, we are reeling year after...
05:29I don't know.
05:30They're your people.
05:30You tell us.
05:32How are these 14, 15-year-olds, 16-year-olds getting guns?
05:35I don't know.
05:36They're Somali.
05:37You tell me.
05:38They come from where you come from.
05:40Now, where I come from.
05:44You tell me.
05:46Okay?
05:47You let me know.
05:49How are your people getting these guns?
05:51Okay?
05:52How they doing?
05:57I told y'all she came up with a bogus-ass idea.
06:01Yo, let's just get rid of the Second Amendment.
06:03Even though I'm not from here, let's just get rid of the Second Amendment, guys.
06:08I'm just going to come in and change your entire country because my people can't act right.
06:15Kiss my black behind.
06:17Okay?
06:17That is crazy.
06:19Nah.
06:21Like, we are reeling year after year, year after year, month after month, shooting after shooting, shooting after shooting.
06:27It is not good enough to point fingers anymore.
06:31To pick on a community that's already reeling from previous rhetoric, anti-Somali rhetoric, is low-hanging fruit.
06:39The audacity.
06:40You were let in here and now you want to go around demanding our rights be stripped?
06:45Unbelievable.
06:46When we look at America, we're seeing it slowly dismantle into something that is not recognizable.
06:52That America is losing its American-ness.
06:55She says this without a hint of irony.
06:58This Minnesota sheriff recently had the-
07:00America is losing its American-ness.
07:04You don't suppose?
07:06I wonder why?
07:10Hmm?
07:24I'm laughing because, bro, remember when I said common sense is no longer common?
07:29In situations like that where I'm like, bro, like, there is nothing.
07:39There is literally nothing there.
07:42It ain't nothing but hot air.
07:46Like, how do you say that with a straight face knowing who you are?
07:51How do you do that?
07:56America isn't really America anymore.
07:59Well, no shit, Sherlock.
08:01I wonder why that one is.
08:05Like, my goodness, bro.
08:07Like, you cannot make this up, bro.
08:10You can't make it up.
08:12Wow.
08:13You can't make that up.
08:16That is incredible.
08:17That is-
08:18To be that unaware.
08:21It's just crazy.
08:26How are you that unaware, bro?
08:28Like, to that extent.
08:31Like, she didn't even, like, say it in, like, a funny manner.
08:34Like, say it chuckling or anything.
08:35Like, she said that with a straight face.
08:41I'm telling you, there's nothing there.
08:48Ain't nothing there, bro, but fluid.
08:54Bro, well, what is in there is just in there sloshing around.
09:02Oh, brother.
09:04Oh, man.
09:05Okay, let's get back to the video.
09:07I'm sorry, y'all.
09:07But I just found that absolutely hilarious.
09:11Hilarious.
09:11Matter of fact, I'm going to rewind it back a little bit.
09:13We got to get an instant replay of that.
09:16We got to replay that.
09:19I'm seeing it slowly dismantle into something that is not recognizable, that America is losing
09:24its American-ness.
09:26She says this without a hint of irony.
09:29This Minnesota sheriff recently had the nerve to speak out about Somali gangs.
09:34The fastest trend that we're seeing today is the growth in young Somali gangs.
09:39In the last two years, there's been 14 Somali homicides, 100-plus Somali shootings, all gang-related.
09:46We're going to talk about what we can do to make a difference and how we can stop this
09:50from happening in the community.
09:52We want you young Somali kids to know if you continue to hang out with losers, this is
09:58the same advice I would give all my kids.
10:00You're going to end up ruining your own life.
10:02And how was this met by the Somali community?
10:05Well, they took a page right out of the liberal handbook and cried that it was offensive.
10:09We need to tone down the language of condemnation, of singling out.
10:15It doesn't help anybody.
10:16To say that there's a Somali gang problem that requires, you know, hey, we collectively need
10:23to raise the stakes and squash this before it becomes a larger issue.
10:28I think that it's that sort of framing is particularly dangerous.
10:34Sheriff Flesher chose to have this conversation on a public YouTube live stream.
10:39That is not how we build trust.
10:42Words matter, especially when they come from people entrusted with extraordinary authority.
10:49And our Somali mayor echoed this nonsense after the football game gang war.
10:53We can definitely talk about this issue without making it a Somali issue, without making
10:58it all about Somalis and how Somali gangs and Somali this and Somali that.
11:03Again.
11:04So you want to talk about the issue without actually talking about the issue?
11:11There's nothing there, bro.
11:12I'm telling you there.
11:13There's there's nothing there.
11:17There's nothing there.
11:27There's nothing there with any of them.
11:30They instead of actually addressing the real issue, they're concerned about somebody's words
11:36surrounding the issue.
11:38People are dying and you're concerned about how somebody brought it up.
11:44There are bullets whizzing passes people past people's heads and you're concerned about
11:51somebody calling it out.
12:01Let them turn it into a wild, wild west, you know, if that's what they want, because
12:06that's what it seems like they want.
12:08The man was trying to address the issue and all their concern with.
12:11But you didn't say it properly.
12:19Let them turn it into the wild, wild west.
12:21Let them have it.
12:22Let them have it.
12:22If it was up to me, I'd find a way to deport all these mother lovers, every single one
12:28of them, every single one, including the ones that were born here.
12:32Yep.
12:33Them too.
12:34Deport them all.
12:35Every single one of y'all, because you wouldn't have been born here had it not been for your
12:38illegal parents.
12:39So get the stepping.
12:41Every single one of y'all getting deported back to your country.
12:44Since America is so bad and America is devolving into something that's not America anymore.
12:51Yeah, yeah, yeah.
12:52We about to deport all y'all.
12:55Every one of you.
12:57Back to your country, Somalia.
12:59Make Somalia great.
13:00How about that?
13:01How about that?
13:02Do all that gang violence and pew, pew, shoo, shoo, all that stuff.
13:06Cry about how, and then cry about how somebody brings it up in the media.
13:10Yeah, yeah, yeah.
13:11Do that in Somalia.
13:13How about that?
13:15Mm-hmm.
13:16Yep.
13:17How about that?
13:20My goodness.
13:21A crime is a crime is a crime is a crime.
13:23But with the rhetoric that you are pushing, at best is irresponsible, at worst is dangerous.
13:29None of these people are serious, and I don't know why we even bother putting up with this.
13:35Facts.
13:36Hey, listen, like I said, part of it is our fault, too.
13:42I do have to say that.
13:43We share some responsibility in all of this.
13:50Here's how.
13:51Here's why.
13:52We elected the people that are in D.C.
13:55We did that.
13:57Okay?
13:59We elected the John Thunes of the world.
14:01We elected the Lisa Rakowskis of the world.
14:04We did that.
14:06We elected the John Cornyns and Tom Tillis's and, you know, the Brassos and everybody else that's a rhino.
14:14We did that.
14:16Had we elected a bunch of America First Republicans, who knows?
14:22Maybe some more stuff would have been pushed through by now.
14:25Maybe some stricter things would have been pushed through by now.
14:30So the fact that Trump isn't able, and also we got some far leftist judges who are, you know, stepping
14:37in in every freaking which way that they can.
14:42Every single time that they can to try to save these folks, illegals in general.
14:49So that's also a thing.
14:50But we also share some responsibility because we elected these rhinos.
14:56We know who they are from what they've done in D.C.
14:58And then they go back home to their home states.
15:03And they pitch us on a bunch of BS that we should have known ain't true.
15:08And yet we still line up and vote for them anyway.
15:11Look at Mitch McConnell, for goodness sakes.
15:14How in the H-E double hockey sticks did Mitch McConnell last that long?
15:21Let's be serious.
15:22You know what I'm saying?
15:24And listen, we have to take responsibility for that.
15:28We do.
15:31And I know not everybody is tied into politics, and I get it.
15:34You know, we all got lives and whatnot.
15:36So not everybody tunes in to watch old Ritz, right?
15:40But it's up to us to make sure that we let them know, like, yo, I know Mitch McConnell is
15:46a Republican, but don't vote for him.
15:48Vote for this other Republican that he's running against.
15:51Vote for that guy.
15:54Vote for that guy in the primaries.
15:58You know what I'm saying?
16:00It's up to us, man.
16:02It's up to us.
16:05But yeah, I just had to get that off my chest.
16:08Anyway, y'all get into the comments.
16:10Let me know your thoughts and your opinions.
16:12And as always, stay safe out there.
16:14Peace and love.
16:15I'm out.
