00:00So, why is it important to attend this Headspace Celebration Day today?
00:06Yeah, today's all about looking at young people and listening to them,
00:09and looking at how we can support them to thrive on the Mid-North Coast today.
00:13An opportunity to listen, to learn, and how best to respond to the issues that young people are talking about
00:19today,
00:20and also acknowledging the many organisations across the Mid-North Coast
00:24in terms of what they're doing to support young people's mental health and wellbeing.
00:27What are the positive support events and different other support programs that you're hearing from people today?
00:34Can you go into a bit more detail about those?
00:36Young people on the Mid-North Coast are loving any free events around town, particularly where there's free food,
00:41but they're also appreciating all the opportunities provided by local councils and governments
00:45to have leadership opportunities around town and to be actually heard and to be listened to.
00:50I'm hearing lots of opportunities that young people are creating for other young people.
00:54It may well be in the LGBTQA plus space.
00:57It may well be supporting young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
01:01It always can help their own people, and that's what I believe it's probably worth.
01:04Thank you for coming.
01:08Hello.
01:08You take a look at that.
