'WALANG HUMINGI NA MAG-ADJUST ANG DEFENSE'

Prosecution Panel member Atty. Terry Ridon clarified during the resumption of Day 36 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial that "no one was asking the defense to adjust" after the prosecution earlier sought to change the order of witness presentation because the BIR witness’s presenting lawyer was ill.

Ridon said the prosecution respected the impeachment court’s decision and had tried its best to comply with the court’s instructions and present its witness despite the circumstances. (Video courtesy of Senate of the Philippines)
