"MINSAN YUNG PROSECUTION, PUMAPALPAK KAYO"

Senator-judge Raffy Tulfo during the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on Thursday, Oct. 1, warned the prosecution panel on presenting witnesses that he deemed "unnecessary" to testify on trial, saying that it wastes time, and is not at the interest of the senator-judges.

Tulfo advised the panel to present witnesses with substantial testimonies that would help in the development of the proceedings. (Video courtesy of Senate of the Philippines)
