00:00Kyle, do you think that the Lions have walked back a little bit
00:03with the loss of Ben Johnson?
00:05They just look over the last two years.
00:07That team does not look the same.
00:10You know, a couple years ago when he was the offensive coordinator,
00:13man, that thing was fast-paced.
00:14It was down your throat.
00:15They were putting enormous points up on people.
00:19You know, Dan Campbell's a good coach, but, I mean,
00:21the loss of not having Ben Johnson as that OC there
00:25and really an influence on that offense,
00:27do you think it's being felt?
00:30Felt yes.
00:32Prohibitive no.
00:33They've got almost 100 points.
00:34We're through three weeks, and they've almost got 100 points.
00:36I mean, they're putting points on the board.
00:38Jared Goff looks comfortable.
00:40I wouldn't say the scheme is really working anything against him.
00:42Amon Ross-St. Brown is getting a million targets every week.
00:45Jameson Williams, if you want to point to a single guy
00:48that's regressed a little bit, I'd listen to that.
00:50But Sam LaForte is good, and Jameer Gibbs is as good as it gets.
00:52So I think this offense still, I mean, they're holding their own.
00:56Would they be 7% better if Ben Johnson was still there?
00:59Sure, I'm not sure they need to be.
01:01This is an offense that could take the team to the promised land.
01:03Can the defense get a stop, like, once a half?
01:06I'm not asking for much.
01:07They don't have to be the 85 Bears.
01:09Give me, like, once a half where you force a three-and-out,
01:11get Jared Goff the ball in decent field position,
01:14and we'll see where we go.
01:15They're a two-and-one team atop.
01:17I still think they're the team to beat in the North.
01:19I mean, Minnesota is what Minnesota is at this point.
01:22Green Bay is not, you know, impressing at all,
01:25and Chicago is what they are without Caleb Williams.
01:27So I would make them the favorites in the NFC North.
01:29I think they win on Sunday night,
01:31and I think they continue to push the envelope with this offense
01:33and make up for the defense.
01:34I think they win on Sunday night.
