00:08and he's really concerned about that and I think it is absolutely right to take time to pause it
00:14and to make sure we get this properly, we do it properly and that people have confidence in the
00:19process. We have created more prison places, over 3,000 already, we have strengthened community
00:26sentencing and the oversight and control as part of the prison release. People just don't go off and
00:33that's it, you're out. There is controls that are put in place as part of that process. So I think
00:38the review is absolutely right to make sure that we get it as correct as we can and that people
00:44have confidence even though we all know this is not an ideal situation.
