00:29to get it done so I could step on the court and feel comfortable as possible you always want to
00:33get it done kind of as as soon as possible obviously because like I said you don't want
00:38that you know trickling into the season because whenever there's uncertainty there's going to be
00:45a lot of questions there's going to be a lot of you know rumors so this is officially a thing
00:55in terms of Karl-Anthony Towns and Josh Hart seizing the moments with all the Knicks in five talk and
01:03Knicks winning a championship and nobody thought we would see this and these guys this team entrenched
01:09forever but in terms of this upcoming season this is now a public topic it's not you know a report
01:17it's it's not a rumor this is Karl-Anthony Towns and Josh Hart on record saying they want new contracts
01:24and both said they want new contracts now as in before the season starts and they raise the banner
01:34and have the ring ceremony so they don't have a distraction I agree with them I also think these
01:44situations are very different Karl-Anthony Towns is worth every single penny Karl-Anthony Towns is one
01:52of the best bigs in the sport Karl-Anthony Towns should absolutely get taken care of and what he's
01:59asking for the Knicks should absolutely give it to him it's that simple Josh Hart is a terrific
02:07integral winning role player that's who he is I mean that and I want that to be interpreted
02:16as the ultimate compliment I don't think the Knicks would ever trade Josh Hart who happens to be

09:04coach and he's won a championship with the Toronto Raptors so it's early the East is really excellent
09:12this year the for so long you know the depth of conferences the West was so much better and
09:19deeper than the East even if you want to say two best teams are in the Western Conference which we
09:24could have an argument about the Eastern Conference has six seven eight teams that think they're going
09:31to be playing in the conference finals I think going into training camp the two best teams in the
09:38Eastern Conference New York Philadelphia love this love where LeBron's brain is love the mentality and if
