00:00You know, you mentioned the Eagles.
00:01I mean, boy, they did not look prepared or ready to play last night.
00:05And really, you've got to look at that offensive line,
00:07which has struggled really going all the way back to a year ago.
00:11And you had a first-year play caller in Sean Mannion
00:14out there going against that Dennis Allen defense as well.
00:17You know, that Bears defense is not one of the top 10 defenses in pro football,
00:22but Dennis Allen is one of the top coordinators in pro football,
00:26and they shut that Eagles team down.
00:28If you go back so far in the three games, Daniel,
00:31you look at the Titans game, you look at the Commander game,
00:34and then obviously last night when they played a much better football team,
00:37a division winner from a year ago,
00:39are the Eagles walking back a little bit from where they were four years ago
00:43where they were really dominating the game,
00:45where they were able to run the ball, play great defense?
00:47That doesn't look like the same Eagle team.
00:50I was kind of low on this team going into this season.
00:52Now, they had, you know, pretty low-tier competition the first two weeks.
00:56So the fact that they were 2-0 was no big shocker to anybody.
00:59But I'm a Titans fan, and I watched every single snap of that Eagles-Titans game.
01:03And to be very honest with you, Dan, the Tennessee Titans should have won that football game.
01:06They gave it away late to the Eagles.
01:08Shout out Jalen Hurts for driving down the field and getting the job done at the end.
01:11But two interceptions in some bad spots.
01:14The only way that they were going to lose this game last night
01:16was if you aren't able to convert on third downs and if you turn the football over.
01:21They lost the turnover battle.
01:23Jalen Hurts, once again, was intercepted.
01:25Multiple fumbles as well.
01:27And this Bears team, as you mentioned, defensively, schematically, they're okay.
01:31But they're still not good stopping the run.
01:33They still have holes in the back end of that secondary.
01:36The only way that they're going to be able to beat you, like they did last year,
01:39was lead the entire NFL in turnover differential.
01:42And they did it again last night.
01:44This Eagles team is going to – I mean, they're still going to be in the hunt at the end
01:47of the season.
01:48Like, Jalen Hurts is a top-tier quarterback in the NFL.
01:52Saquon Barkley is a game-breaker.
01:53And I like what they're doing at the wide receiver position with Devonta Smith.
01:56I really like Dontavian Wicks.
01:58And I think that room after A.J. Brown has left is actually better as a whole
02:02in comparison to the star power.
02:04But I'm concerned about the Eagles going forward.
02:07I think this is a competitive division.
02:08Obviously, the Giants will see what they end up doing with the quarterback situation.
02:12But, you know, Dallas has got a lot to prove, too.
02:14So it's going to be fascinating in that division the rest of the season.
02:18But for me, the Eagles were never a top-tier Super Bowl contending team this season anyway.
02:24And I'm fascinated to see what they're going to do, especially offensively.
02:28You talked about that offensive line.
02:30I mean, this is a team that lost a lot of really high-quality talent at that position
02:35the last couple of seasons.
02:37And they haven't really been able to replace that.
02:39And when you hang your hat on being a winner in the trenches defensively,
02:43but especially on the offensive line, and you don't replace that,
02:47it's really difficult to get back to being high-quality, competitive Super Bowl contenders.
02:51So fascinating times for the city of brotherly love going forward with the Eagles.
02:55I think they'll still be in the mix at the end,
02:57but I definitely have some questions going into Week 4.
