00:01Hello, my dear brothers, may the peace of the Lord Jesus be with each of you and with your family
00:06as well. Amen?
00:09I am Pastor Antonio Junior and I'm here today to share with you the wonders of God and to meditate
00:15on the Word of God with you.
00:18Look, brothers, I was here, enjoying in the presence of the Lord.
00:23I was praying just a little while ago with my wife and we had a tremendous moment here.
00:29The anointing was poured out, God spoke to our hearts, we felt the fire of the Holy Spirit.
00:35I know that many of you who are listening to me know very well what I'm talking about.
00:40You have already experienced this power.
00:43Now you have been going through trials and it seems like you no longer have that strength you had before,
00:50that joy you had before to endure the battles.
00:53That's why I want to bring a message today directed to you who need to find strength that doesn't come
00:58from this world.
00:59It's a strength that comes from God for your life. Amen?
01:03Brothers, how many struggles have we been through? Isn't that true?
01:07So many battles and that's not even mentioning the spiritual attacks from the enemy trying to make us give up
01:13that we fall into despair.
01:15But brothers, let me tell you something from my own experience.
01:20When things start to get really hard, really, really hard, you know that moment when you get desperate, you don't
01:27know what else to do?
01:28That's when something new, something wonderful is about to happen in your life.
01:34That's how it happened to me.
01:36In the worst moments I went through, those were the moments when God opened doors I would never have imagined.
01:43Brothers, I come from the countryside, I come from a small church and I never imagined that I would speak
01:50to millions of people here on the internet.
01:53But it all started with a small faith.
01:56It all started when I believed and I decided in my heart to do God's will.
02:01I decided.
02:03Deep down I want to live every day of my life for God, for His glory. Amen.
02:10And then, brothers, God saw my heart and He led me into the desert.
02:15Brothers, the desert is a place where no one wants to be and in fact, it wasn't made for us
02:20to live in the desert.
02:21The desert is a place you pass through.
02:24But God needs to take us to the desert because that's where we learn to depend only on the Lord.
02:31Amen.
02:31The Bible says in Deuteronomy chapter 8 that God led the people into the desert after they crossed the Red
02:38Sea
02:38because God wanted to test what was in the hearts of those people.
02:42God couldn't take them to the promised land without first testing their faith.
02:47Because otherwise, when the good times came, when the miracles and blessings arrived,
02:53the people wouldn't have the maturity to handle it.
02:56Brothers, when God pours out blessings, He wants us to enjoy them.
03:00In the presence of the Lord and not out in the world.
03:03Just like what happened with the prodigal son, remember?
03:06He wanted the blessings, but because it was before the right time,
03:10because He wanted them ahead of time, He ended up getting lost out in the world.
03:15He didn't have maturity.
03:16He didn't have a transformed heart.
03:18And He had to go through all the trials, all the losses He experienced.
03:23He lost in every area.
03:25He only lost.
03:26He only suffered losses.
03:28But when He was there, at rock bottom, wishing for the pig's food,
03:32and He didn't even have that, at that moment He remembered.
03:36I was happy, and I didn't know it.
03:38I had plenty in my father's house.
03:40What have I done with my life?
03:43Brothers, if we don't have a transformed heart,
03:45the blessings that come to us will become a curse.
03:49God doesn't want that for us.
03:51God first needs to test our heart.
03:54And the Bible says, in this same chapter of Deuteronomy, chapter 8,
03:59you can read it at home later,
04:01God says that He allows the people to go hungry, to go thirsty,
04:05so that those people would understand that man shall not live by bread alone,
04:10but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.
04:14Brothers, there's something stronger, more wonderful than the food of this earth,
04:20tastier, more pleasurable than eating the food of this world,
04:24and that is to do the will of the Father.
04:26Amen?
04:26In John chapter 4, Jesus spoke with a woman, and God used him,
04:31and He revealed the secrets that were in that woman's heart.
04:34She was a woman who had already been married five times,
04:38and was now living with a man who, in fact, was not her husband.
04:42She was living with this man, and Jesus revealed this to her.
04:46The woman was amazed,
04:47and she decided to go tell everyone that Jesus, the Messiah, was here on earth.
04:53And then the disciples came to Christ and brought Him food.
04:57But Jesus said,
04:58You don't understand.
05:00I am already full.
05:02I am already satisfied,
05:04because I fed all the food from heaven.
05:07I did my Father's will,
05:08and that fulfilled me.
05:10That satisfied me.
05:12Brothers, we need to return to that moment
05:14when man shall not live by bread alone,
05:17but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.
05:20That's why I'm always bringing a message here,
05:23a word for you,
05:24because you can't feed only your physical body.
05:27You need to feed your soul.
05:29Amen?
05:30So, do you remember what I said?
05:33Before you receive the blessing,
05:35you need to be tested,
05:37because God needs to transform your heart.
05:40When God tests you,
05:42it's because He wants to approve you.
05:44But we also know that the enemy comes to tempt you,
05:47and when He tempts you,
05:48it's because He wants you to fall.
05:50So, brothers,
05:51all of this is part of the process.
05:54It's a painful process,
05:55it hurts,
05:56but it will be worth it.

05:58And what's interesting is that,
06:00when you look back,
06:01you realize,
06:02it was God's hand,
06:04it wasn't me,
06:05it was God who did all these things.
06:07I would never have been able to get here.
06:10And know this,
06:11you will never be able to earn salvation by your own merits.
06:15Not even salvation.
06:16If God doesn't step in,
06:18we can't have enough faith.
06:20We can't remain faithful,
06:23steadfast,
06:24until the end.
06:25So, God,
06:26He puts supernatural faith in your heart.
06:29You, who have been following me for a while,
06:31you have noticed a change in your life.
06:33Often, you weren't in the habit of going to church,
06:36you didn't have the habit of reading the Bible,
06:39the habit of praying.
06:40But now,
06:41the Holy Spirit is touching your life,
06:44your heart.
06:44And all you have to do is surrender yourself
06:47more and more each day.
06:49Don't be afraid to open up to God.
06:51Don't be afraid to give your heart to God.
06:54And the Bible says,
06:55that we should seek to know God more and more each day.
06:58And you only get to know God through experiences,
07:02often painful ones,
07:03because that's when our hearts truly open up to the Lord.

07:09what is written in 1 Peter 1,
07:13verses 3 to 7.

07:18and I want to anoint your life with anointing oil.

07:51none of us deserve it.
07:53If it weren't for God's mercy,

08:29Brothers,
08:30there is a blessing for us
08:32reserved in heaven
08:34that we could never imagine.
08:36The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 1
08:38that what God has reserved for us
08:41has not yet entered our hearts.
08:43Our eyes have not yet seen it.
08:45Why?
08:46It's something grand,
08:47but we wouldn't have the maturity
08:49to handle so many blessings.
08:51So,
08:52these blessings are reserved for us in heaven.
08:54And what's interesting
08:55is that they don't change.
08:57The inheritance we have in Christ,
09:00it doesn't change,
09:01it doesn't deteriorate.
09:03And that's a comfort for me and for you.
09:05You know why?
09:05Because we often fail,
09:07but God remains faithful.
09:09Because God's promises,
09:11they don't diminish.
09:13Because of our failures,
09:15because of our lack of faith,
09:16because of our falls,

09:19God's promises are still there,

10:28we already receive a little of what God has for us.
10:32They are wonderful blessings,
10:33but they come little by little.
10:35They come in small amounts.
10:36You can notice in your life.
10:38They never come all at once,

10:43God keeps shaping.
10:44God keeps working on your heart.
10:46And the Apostle Peter said,
10:48rejoice in this,
10:49and don't be discouraged,
10:51because you will go through many trials.
10:53But I'll continue with the final part,
10:55the last verse.
10:57He says this,
10:58And these trials will show that your faith is genuine.
11:02Look at this.
11:03Just as fire tests and purifies gold,
11:06in the same way your faith is being tested,
11:09and it is much more precious than mere gold.
11:13This will result in praise,
11:15glory,
11:15and honor on the day Jesus Christ is revealed.

11:19Did you understand this verse?
11:21What I read to you is a bit long,
11:23but here it says the following.
11:25Look,
11:25these trials you are going through,
11:27they are showing that your faith is true.
11:29It is an authentic faith.
11:32You are not pretending.
11:34You are not seeking God just to show off to others.
11:36Maybe before you were a religious person.
11:39You went to church just for the sake of it.
11:41You prayed.
11:42You read the Bible,
11:44but you had no real interest in it.

11:48God is testing you,
11:50and He is seeing that your faith is true.
11:52This is wonderful, brothers.
11:54This is great.
11:55And here He is saying,
11:56Look,
11:57just as fire purifies gold,
11:59in the same way,
12:00God is purifying your heart,
12:02preparing you for something great and wonderful.
12:04Amen?
12:04This is the message I wanted to share with you.
12:07Don't be discouraged.
12:08This is not the time for you to turn back.
12:11The struggles are intense.
12:12But it's in this,
12:14it's in this moment,
12:15that your faith is being tested.
12:17And here He said,
12:19Look,
12:19you are being tested.

12:22you are being tested in several areas.

12:27God is testing to see if your heart is with Him or not.

15:25it is rebuked in the name of Jesus.

15:30cover this person with your blood,

15:42but also blessings without measure
