00:04prophet daniel chapter 9 verses 9 and 10
00:11to the lord our god belong mercies and forgiveness
00:17though we have rebelled against him neither have we obeyed the voice of the lord our god
00:24to walk in his laws which he set before us
00:31dearly beloved brethren the scripture moves us in sundry places to acknowledge and confess
00:39our manifold sins and wickedness but that we should not disassemble nor clave them before
00:47the face of almighty god our heavenly father but confess them with a humble lowly penitence
00:56and obedient heart to the end that we may obtain forgiveness of the same by his infinite goodness
01:05and mercy
01:07and although we ought at all times humbly to acknowledge our sins before god yet ought we
01:14chiefly so to do when we assemble and meet together to render thanks for the great benefits we have
01:21received at his hands to set forth his most worthy praise to hear his most holy word and to ask
01:31those things
01:32which are requisite and necessary as well for the body as the soul
01:39wherefore i pray and beseech you as many as are here present to accompany me with a pure heart and
01:47humble voice
01:48to the throne of the heavenly grace saying after me almighty and most merciful father we have erred and strayed
02:01from thy ways like lost sheep
02:04we have followed too much the devices and desires of our own hearts we have offended against thy holy laws
02:14we have left undone those things which we ought to have done and we have done those things we ought
02:23not to have done and there is no help in us
02:29but thou o lord have mercy upon us miserable offenders
02:35spare thou them o god who confess their faults restore thou those who are penitent
02:43according to thy promises declared unto mankind in christ jesus our lord
02:50and grant o most merciful father for his sake that we may hereafter live a godly righteous and sober life
02:59to the glory of thy holy name
03:02amen
03:06almighty god the father of our lord jesus christ who desireth not the death of a sinner
03:13but rather that he turned from his wickedness and lived and has given power and commandment to his ministers to
03:22declare and pronounce to his people
03:24being penitent the absolution and remission of their sins
03:31he pardoneth and absolve it all who truly repent and unfaimly believe his holy gospel
03:43wherefore let us beseech him to grant us true repentance
03:47and his holy spirit
03:49that those things may please him
03:51which we do at this present
03:54and that the rest of our life hereafter may be pure and holy
03:58so that at the last we may come to his eternal joy

08:39Save me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth talketh of vanity,

08:49That our sons may grow up as their young plants, and that our daughters may be as the polished corners
08:56of the temple.
08:56That our garners may be full, and plenteous with all manner of store.
09:02That our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets.
09:08That our oxen may be strong to labour, that there be no decay, no leading into captivity, and no complaining
09:15in our streets.
09:17Happy are the people that are in such a case.
09:21Yea, blessed are the people who have the Lord for their God.
09:25Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost.
09:30As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.

09:40Psalm 145
09:42I will magnify thee, O God, my King, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
09:50Every day will I give thanks unto thee, and praise thy name for ever and ever.
09:56Great is the Lord, and marvellous worthy to be praised.
10:00There is no end of his greatness.
10:04One generation shall praise thy works unto another, and declare thy power.
10:10As for me, I will be talking of thy worship, thy glory, thy praise, and wondrous works,
10:16so that men shall speak of the might of thy marvellous acts, and I will also tell of thy greatness.

10:34The Lord is gracious and merciful, long-suffering, and of great goodness.

10:52They show the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power.
10:57That thy power, thy glory, and mightiness of thy kingdom might be known unto men.
11:03Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all ages.
11:11The Lord upholdeth all, such as all, and lifteth up all those that are down.

14:12The prophet Joel, chapter 3
14:17Proclave this among the nations.
14:19Prepare for war, stir up the mighty men.
14:22Let all the warriors draw near.
14:25Let them come up.
14:27Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears.
14:32Let the weak say, I am strong.
14:35Hurry and come, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves together.
14:42Cause the mighty ones to come down here, Yahweh.
14:46Let the nations arouse themselves and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat.
14:52For there I will sit to judge the surrounding nations.
14:57Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe.
15:00Come, tread, for the winepress is full.
15:04The vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.
15:10Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision.
15:13The day of Yahweh is near in the valley of decision.
15:17The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.
15:23Yahweh will roar from Zion, and thunder from Jerusalem.
15:27The heavens and the earth will shake.
15:31But Yahweh will be a refuge to his people, and a stronghold to the children of Israel.
15:38So that you will know that I am Yahweh, your God, dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain.
15:45Then Jerusalem will be holy, and no strangers will pass through her any more.
15:52It will happen in that day, that the mountains will drop down sweet wine.
15:57The hills will flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah will flow with water.
16:03And a fountain will flow from Yahweh's house, and will water the valley of Shittim.
16:10Egypt will be a desolation, and Edom will be a desolate wilderness, for the violence done to the children of
16:18Judah,
16:19because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
16:24But Judah will be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.
16:31I will cleanse their blood, that I have not cleansed, for Yahweh dwells in Zion.
16:40This is the word of the Lord.

23:19that we should be saved from our enemies,

23:26to perform the mercy promised to our forefathers,
23:30and to remember his holy covenant,
23:33to perform the oath which he swore to our forefather Abraham,

23:39that would be delivered out of the hand of our enemies,
