00:04prophet daniel chapter 9 verses 9 and 10
00:11to the lord our god belong mercies and forgiveness
00:16though we have rebelled against him
00:19neither have we obeyed the voice of the lord our god
00:24to walk in his laws which he set before us
00:31dearly beloved brethren the scripture moves us in sundry places
00:36to acknowledge and confess our manifold sins and wickedness
00:42but that we should not disassemble nor clave them before the face of almighty god our heavenly father
00:51but confess them with a humble lowly penitence and obedient heart
00:57to the end that we may obtain forgiveness of the same by his infinite goodness and mercy
01:07and although we ought at all times humbly to acknowledge our sins before god
01:13yet ought we chiefly so to do when we assemble and meet together to render thanks for the great benefits
01:21we have received at his hands to set forth his most worthy praise
01:27to hear his most holy word and to ask those things which are requisite and necessary
01:34as well for the body as well for the soul wherefore i pray and beseech you as many as are
01:42here present
01:43to accompany me with a pure heart and humble voice to the throne of the heavenly grace saying after me
01:55almighty and most merciful father we have erred and strayed from thy ways like lost sheep
02:04we have followed too much the devices and desires of our own hearts
02:11we have offended against thy holy laws
02:16we have left undone those things which we ought to have done and we have done those things we ought
02:23not
02:24to have done and there is no help in us
02:29but thou o lord have mercy upon us miserable offenders
02:35spare thou them o god who confess their faults
02:38restore thou those who are penitent according to thy promises declared unto mankind in christ jesus our lord
02:50and grant o most merciful father for his sake that we may hereafter live a godly righteous and sober life
02:59to the glory of thy holy name amen
03:06almighty god the father of our lord jesus christ who desireth not the death of a sinner
03:13but rather that he turn from his wickedness and live
03:17and has given power and commandment to his ministers to declare and pronounce to his people
03:24being penitent the absolution and remission of their sins
03:32he pardoneth and absolveth all who truly repent and unfaimly believe his holy gospel
03:43wherefore let us beseech him to grant us true repentance and his holy spirit
03:48that those things may please him which we do at this present
03:54and that the rest of our life hereafter may be pure and holy
03:58so that at the last we may come to his eternal joy

15:14for those who hate you

15:19The tree that you saw

15:22whose height reached
