00:15The Arboleda residential building in San Bernardino, Caracas, was rebuilt by the
00:20Venezuela RISES mission after it was damaged by the June 24th Twin Earthquake.
00:28All the walls were rebuilt on floors, one, two, and three, which were the most affected.
00:33From the fourth floor upward, there was minor damage. It's important to highlight that.
00:38From the tenth floor up, all the painting and stairway lighting has been completed.
00:42A wonderful job has been done. I believe that our national government and acting president
00:47are addressing the needs of our people in the wake of this overwhelming tragedy.
00:54The rehabilitation work on this residence, with a yellow tag, centered on repairing the
01:00masonry and facade.
01:06We can conclude that the restructuring consisted mainly of masonry work,
01:13with walls that were completely demolished and rebuilt.
01:18Work was carried out on the area by the elevator, the area by the parking lot, and the rear part
01:23facing the parking lot.
01:27All of those walls were demolished, including the one at the front, which was rebuilt and repaired.
01:34We used a lot of construction materials to rebuild all the spaces that were truly damaged.
01:41We are currently finishing the details.
01:50The Venezuelan government designed this plan to address the housing needs of Venezuelans
01:55and restore joy and tranquility to affected families.
