Marcos to contractors: Finish Metro Manila Subway on time  President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday ordered contractors to prevent delays in the completion of the Metro Manila Subway Project. Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the project’s NAIA terminal 3 station, Marcos stressed that an alternative mode of transportation is needed to decongest roads.  Once completed, the subway will connect Valenzuela City to Pasay City, reducing the travel time from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
