Marcos opens new NAIAX westbound off-ramp

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on March 27, 2026 opens the new NAIA Expressway (NAIAX) westbound off-ramp, a 320-meter road designed to improve access to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 and ease congestion along Andrews Avenue in Pasay City.
