01:05Dearly beloved brothers and sisters, the scripture moves us in sundry places to acknowledge and
01:13confess our many sins and wickedness. We should not justify nor hide them before the face of
01:20Almighty God our Heavenly Father, but confess them with a humble, lowly, penitent and obedient
01:27heart, to the end that we may obtain forgiveness of the same, by his infinite goodness and mercy.
01:39Although we ought always to humbly acknowledge our sins before God, we should do this particularly
01:46when we assemble and meet together, to give thanks for the great benefits we have received
01:51at his hands, to give him most worthy praise, to hear his most holy word, and to ask those
01:59things which are truly necessary, as well for the body as the soul.
02:07Therefore I pray and ask you, who are present here today, to accompany me with a pure heart
02:13and humble voice, to the throne of the heavenly grace, as we say together.
02:20Father, Almighty and most merciful Father, we have erred and strayed from your ways like
02:26lost sheep. We have followed too much the devices and desires of our own hearts. We have offended
02:34against your holy laws. We have failed to do those things which we ought to have done, and
02:41we have done things which we ought not to have done, and so there is no health in us.
02:49But you, O Lord, have mercy upon us, miserable sinners. Spare those, O God, who confess their
02:56faults. Restore those who are truly penchant, according to your promises declared to mankind
03:03in Christ Jesus our Lord. Grant, O most merciful Father, for his sake, that we may hereafter live
03:13a godly, righteous and sober life, to the glory of your holy name. Amen.
03:22Grant, we beseech you, merciful Lord, to your faithful people, pardon and peace, that they may be cleansed

05:31May I experience your compassion, so I might live, for I find delight in your law.

05:48May your loyal followers turn to me, those who know your rules.
05:55May I be fully committed to your statutes, so that I might not be ashamed.
06:01I desperately long for your deliverance. I find hope in your word.
06:07My eyes grow tired as I wait for your promise to be fulfilled.
06:11I say, when will you comfort me? For I am like a wineskin dried up in smoke.
06:19I do not forget your statutes.
06:23How long must your servant endure this? When will you judge those who pursue me?
06:29The arrogant dig pits to trap me, which violate your law.
06:35All your commands are reliable. I am pursued without reason. Help me.
06:42They have almost destroyed me here on the earth, but I do not reject your precepts.
06:50Revive me with your loyal love, that I might keep the rules you have revealed.
06:56O Lord, your instructions endure. They stand secure in heaven.
07:02You demonstrate your faithfulness to all generations.
07:06You established the earth, and it stood firm.
07:09Today they stand firm by your decrees, for all things are your servants.
07:16If I had not found encouragement in your law, I would have died in my sorrow.
07:22I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have revived me.

07:41I realize that everything has its limits, but your commands are full comprehension.

08:03I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your rules.
08:09I am more discerning than those older than I, for I observe your precepts.
08:15I stay away from every evil path, so that I might keep your instructions.
08:23I do not turn aside from your regulations, for you teach me.
08:28Your words are sweeter in my mouth than honey.
08:32Your precepts give me discernment, therefore I hate all deceitful actions.

09:00The prophet Hosea chapter 11
09:04When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.
09:11They called to them, and so they went from them.
09:15They sacrificed to the Baal, burning incense to engraved images.
09:21And yet I taught Ephraim to walk.
09:24I took them by his arms.
09:27But they did not know that I healed them.
09:30I drew them with cords of a man, with ties of love.
09:35And I was to them like those who lift up the yoke on their necks.
09:40I bent down to him, and I fed him.
09:45They won't return into the land of Egypt.
09:48But the Assyrian will be their king, because they refused to repent.
09:55The sword will fall on their cities, and will destroy the bars of their gates,
10:00putting an end to their plans.
10:04My people are determined to turn from me.
10:08Though they call to the Most High, suddenly he will not exalt them.
10:14How can I give you up, Ephraim?
10:17How can I hand you over, Israel?

10:27My heart is turned within me.
10:30My compassion is aroused.
10:33I will not execute the fierceness of my anger.

10:41For I am God, and not man.

11:39Mary said,

13:11Now it came to pass in those days that an order went out from Caesar Augustus,
13:17that there would be a numbering of all the world.
13:22This was the first numbering which was made when Coralinius was ruler of Syria.
13:29All men went to be numbered except everyone to his own town.
13:35So Joseph went up from Galilee,
13:37out from the town of Nazareth,
13:39into Judea,
13:40to Bethlehem,

13:43because he was of the house and family of David,

13:49his future wife,

13:54And while they were there,
13:56the time came for her to give birth,
