00:14which said he had fulfilled his dream of becoming a fashion and costume designer.

00:20Known as the Sultan of Sequins, Mackie created thousands of looks throughout his career,
00:25including the costumes for The Carol Burnett Show
00:27and the famous curtain dress from the Went With The Wind sketch, which is now housed at the Smithsonian.
00:33He also designed for stars including Diana Ross, Dolly Parton, Whitney Houston, and Cher,
00:38with his decades-long collaboration with Cher producing several fashion history-making looks.

01:00During the season premiere of The Howard Stern Show, Stern sarcastically joked about the negative
01:04coverage he received over the summer, saying he had been called a scumbag by numerous people.
01:10He reportedly denied a recent Sun report claiming his staff had been instructed not to speak to him
01:14at company parties and said his wife Beth was not defending him in a recent Daily Mail interview.
01:20Stern also said he had given up his Howard 101 channel because he did not want the responsibility,

01:28He did not address the layoffs of about a dozen SiriusXM staffers that Page Six reported in July,
01:34which came amid a series of changes involving the show.

01:45though the couple later scored a legal victory in the case involving allegations

01:51Finally, Sandra Bullock is recalling a disturbing experience she said she faced while auditioning
01:56as a young actress in New York.
01:58Speaking with close friend Jennifer Aniston for Interview Magazine, Bullock said she was
02:02working as a waitress while auditioning for roles and encountered people she described as
02:06perverts who asked her to drop her pants.
02:09Bullock said she knew those auditions were not for her but continued trying to work her way up
02:14in the industry.
02:15She later became more intentional about her career when she decided to move away from romantic comedies,
02:19saying she wanted to explore different sides of her acting.
02:22Her role in the 2004 film Crash helped change the trajectory of her career,
02:27followed by acclaimed performances in The Blind Side and Gravity.
