00:58he can come here and i'll cook it and serve it because he demonstrates what to me has been lacking

05:57it was just way too concise to make good television out of but it was such a damn good answer
06:02uh i mean for all the the nonsense we heard about sunny over august doc how encouraged were you
06:08specifically with him well it's the first time you know he's been into a fight without his gang
06:13members the mob he ran with that's the ultimate compliment because he was surrounded by thugs
06:19in ohio state so i think for that and i hadn't seen anything that impressed me as much as this

06:28so he proved that he is a young man and he developed because he got to actually play in a

06:35preseason moments he got better it's coming to him and joe the defense itself man we were setting
06:44the edges there were just so many things i saw and said wow if this is the beginning we got

06:51opportunity if they stay healthy stay alive and not everybody was meeting them at the function at the
06:58junction because there's a couple of guys in there i'm checking the roster to find out if they made the
07:02trip on defense because i never heard the name called how i'm gonna leave that to further evaluation

07:49hardest job on the field other than quarterback's corner and it just seems like he was a little bit

09:57um how encouraged were you doc by jayden's second half and particularly the fourth quarter

10:17it was good enough to keep him off balance i think as this as it gets better he'll be better
10:24we just can't let the whole world focus on five yeah we got to give him other things to be

10:51they might be better at eight or nine different positions and yet you had an opportunity to win
10:57the game and your lack of discipline the penalties and things that they got to clean up but how the
11:03hell can they clean it up they don't play so this is the first time they've played since last year
11:08so that's the decision they made obviously you can tell i don't like it but it's spilt milk
11:15now let's see what happens now because oh and two is not a not an option
11:22you've been around doc offensive lineman when you you played with some of the best
11:26and some of those guys get hurt as like and i i've been saying like people always when
11:30tonsil went out i said listen man it's not the end of the world i know tonsil is great but
11:35you can chip your way out and the worst thing for any damn pass rush is getting hit in the

11:40hitting the shoulder you know what and how did you think the offensive line played yesterday
11:45day i mean this is again with under the circumstance you got to say the fab five
11:52they weren't the underlining factor as to why it didn't work i was thrilled by how they held up
12:02they didn't get bum rushed against the best bum rushing unit in football yeah they gave up some
12:08pressure but who wouldn't everybody is playing philly so yeah the box i was fine with it and because
12:15they had enough running in there to kept it gave them an advantage and the weather conditions as
12:22you guys know you were there them big hogs with the eagles they were gasping for air if we and

12:30did try to sustain it but you know they hadn't played since a year so i just refused to be

12:36because it wasn't their fault they followed instructions and now we just got to hope the
12:42hell that they can go down to dallas get game legs going and go out and win a ball game
12:47doc i like how you describe that that the offensive line was not an underlying factor in why it didn't
12:54work like the the best offensive lines generally are ones you don't talk about because they just
12:59get function and you're not gonna function at you know 100 all the time but it's about being good
13:05enough most of the time that your offense can just kind of keep moving i'm curious what if anything
13:10from yesterday is the most concerning for you going to dallas because they did give up a lot of big
13:16plays and that was a problem last year the defense looked night and day different from last year
13:21except for the big plays well again injuries a con quote if you look at him mcgee defensively
13:30which was the crown jewel of the game their effort and that's three attack dogs yeah and and because
13:39why did they stand out they stood out because they can put pressure on the quarterback they're athletic
13:47they can drop and cover so you lose three of those elements will the backups get it done they're gonna
13:52have to in the secondary you know you just can't let people run by you i'd be better off respect

13:59more if you just tackle them but then again i go why is he in the game if he consistently
