00:00There is, to me, the most interesting chicken-and-egg debate
00:04that is coming for the commanders.
00:06And if they get red-hot down the stretch here,
00:08this debate probably won't come until January
00:11or maybe rendered insignificant.
00:14But as it stands right now, I think the biggest question
00:18with two and a half years, three off-seasons of the Quinn-Peters regime
00:23is the development of players.
00:25Like, Jaden Daniels is excellent.
00:27He was excellent when he got here.
00:29Sonny Stiles looks great.
00:31He's a rookie.
00:32Like, I don't know if you're not bringing in the right players
00:36or I don't know if you're not coaching them to get better year over year,
00:39but it's not happening.
00:40One way or another, that's not happening.
00:42And that, to me, is one of the biggest things they have to examine thoroughly
00:48or ownership has to examine thoroughly.
00:51Maybe both.
00:53Or get more self-motivated, self-build.
00:57So, like, players at this level shouldn't need nobody to motivate them
01:03or teach them.
01:04They should be trying to figure that out on their own.
