00:09And I would say in the case of my show, if I may, the work really is the work.
00:16Getting Vince Gilligan writing something for me, writing a lead for me, first time I've
00:21ever had a lead, and getting to work with this crew and this cast, I already know I
00:26won the prize, like I get it, I'm fully aware, but I will say putting the blood, sweat, and
00:32the tears into this, me and my crew, and then have it being received this well, and then
00:38people wanting to nominate for awards, and I've never been up for a lead in an Emmy, I've
00:43never won an Emmy, yeah, it's cool, it's cool, but I also love every single performance that's
00:48in my category, so I'm a little bit like, I'm not going to be sad if one of them wins,

00:53everybody deserves it, there's no deserving here, but I'm still pinching myself, I'm having
00:58a great time.
01:00And like you said, there's been so many amazing shows this year, so I'm asking everyone tonight,

01:32Hacks, I really wanted to be on Hacks, I'm still upset that I wasn't on PEM 15, even though
01:38that's not nominated now, I don't care, yeah, oh, and Widow's Bay, if I didn't say that too,

01:45But, DTF St. Louis, Linda Cardellini, thank god she won, well, they all should have won,
01:50but like, anyway, I love, love, love, love that show.

02:17I have to tell you, when I was talking to Miriam, and I asked her what it would mean to
02:20see you win, she almost started crying.

02:25Oh, that's so sweet, she's the best, I couldn't believe when I, because you guys know she's
02:30a national treasure, right? She answered a, like, a village voice ad when she came to
02:36New York to audition for a woman playing a man in a rock band, and it was a basement
02:44off a basement off a basement in a pit somewhere in New York for Hedwig and the Angry Itch, and
02:51she got that role, and it went all the way to Broadway, and then she did the film, and
02:54now she's in 5,000 productions, and she's, like I said, she's a national treasure, and the
02:59fact that she's never been nominated, I was like, is this old hat for you, and she's
03:02like, I've never been nominated for an Emmy, and I said, are you kidding me? So, someone
03:07like her, someone like Carlos Manuel Vesca, someone like Carolina Widra, I wish Samashuta
03:14had been nominated, but he certainly takes part in why our show is nominated, our writers,
03:19our directors, cinematographers, honestly, like, yes, I'm pinching myself about me being
03:25nominated, but that whole group of people, like, their work being recognized, I cannot,
03:30I cannot wait, usually I'm a nervous wreck, and just a socially anxious person, but I cannot
03:35wait to applaud for them, cannot wait.
