00:00Hi my name's Emily and this is my brother Tom and along with our parents Philip and
00:04Cindy Coggin we operate Coggin Farms. Coggin Farms has been in business since 1937 on our
00:10current site here at Inara and we're approaching our 90th year having been established in 1937.
00:15We're fifth generation and are proudly Australian farmers.
00:20Daily operations include both beef and lamb enterprises and along with mixed cropping.
00:25Our location is about five hours west of Brisbane at a small town called Ingleston and
00:30with those daily operations we produce chickpeas, wheat, barley, forage sorghum, grain sorghum and
00:37canola and both all the foundations have been laid by previous generations with adopting technology
00:44early on a commercial basis. We're big believers that sustainability and productivity have to go
00:49together and so two of those tools that we've been using in recent history have been Swarm Farm
00:54Robotics and Halter. We are super proud to be farmers and we're stoked to be named as finalists in the
01:02Australian agriculture awards for the sustainability award. We're surrounded by great company by other
01:08Australian farmers but we're really proud to showcase what we do every day.
