00:32So if you actually Google search for Gmail and come to the top result from here, you want
00:37to come up to the top and click the sign in button, which is going to take you to the
00:40sign
00:40in screen from here. What you can do is select your account. So just select from here. And
00:45then when it asks you to enter your password, you will see underneath a link to click, which
00:50says forgot passwords. Give that a click. What that's going to do is take you to a screen
00:54like this, and it's going to show you all the different ways that you can recover your password.
00:59So in this case, it's asking me if I want to verify with a fingerprint face or screen
01:03lock so I can use a pass key. But if you don't have that, then what you can do, you
01:08can see
01:08that it says underneath, try another way. So just give that a click. And at this point,
01:12if you do have a recovery email phone number, it might ask you to input that and they're going
01:17to send like a code, which you can use to of course, recover your accounts and change
01:21your passwords. If you don't have anything like that set up, it's going to ask you to
01:25enter the last password you remember with this Google account. So whichever method you
01:30can, of course, again, click try another way. And it's going to give you another way to recover
01:34your account and passwords. So once you've done this, of course, it's going to log you
01:38into Gmail. What you can then do is of course, change your passwords, which you'll be able
