00:00um Oregon taking on Boise and Boise's been like that giant killer yeah maybe not as good and you
00:06know new um former Pac-12 member versus a current Pac-12 member uh the number I'm seeing about 24
00:14uh I think it's been up to 24 and a half I don't know if it's been lower than 24
00:18but Boise was
00:20always a team that was good for an upset or at least to keep some of these games close in
00:24the
00:24past do they still have that potential taking on a pretty darn talented Oregon team yeah I
00:29this one is is really interesting because I always wonder like Dan Lanning's kind of one of
00:34those bully types and you remember last year when Gundy made the comments before Oklahoma State
00:40played Oregon and I was like oh this is gonna get ugly and it did right and even think back
00:45to
00:45when they beat the brakes off of Colorado in the first year of prime and the clip went viral of
00:52him I forget what the line was it was like you know they're here for clicks we're here for wins
00:57or something like I can't remember exactly what it was I don't think there's bulletin board material
01:02per se for Oregon against Boise State this weekend that said the last time these two teams played
01:08it was a three-point game right that was the Ashton-Gente game and that was right down to
01:13the wire and Oregon really was on the ropes against Boise State so I think Boise or excuse me Oregon
01:20is
01:20going to be very focused and very uh cognizant of of how good Boise State has been historically and
01:27I'll say this about you know Boise they went to South Bend last year uh lost 28 to 7 I
01:33think was
01:33the final score this isn't your vintage Boise State team they're good they're the favorite to win the
01:38Pac-12 we'll see if they they get it done but I I do think they I think the gap
01:44is is growing between
01:45a Boise State and an Oregon a Boise State and the elite teams you know we saw that in the
01:50playoff two
01:51years ago when they played Penn State and they had an all-world all-time player in Ashton-Gente
01:56in their backfield so they got a veteran quarterback in Maddox Madsen but uh I would actually be favorite
02:02or pass here I have not laid the chalk but I would actually look a little bit towards Oregon I
02:06think
02:06they could put a statement on the board in week one
