00:00Let's get to the mailbag letters. We get letters. We get lots and lots of letters. And here's one
00:04from Janet, who writes in about one of my favorite topics, which is the Michigan
00:09Senate race between Dr. L. Saad and Mike Rogers. Here's what Janet says. Hi, Mark. I wanted to
00:15comment on some of the things you said about L. Saad. First, he made a huge deal out of Haley
00:19Stevens, accepting APAC money. He didn't make a speech without mentioning it at least 10 times.
00:24You're right that he is too smart to officially join the DSA. But for all intents and purposes,
00:30he agrees with their platform. Otherwise, he wouldn't campaign with the noxious Hasan Piker.
00:34As a former Democrat, now independent and a Jew, I'll be voting for Mike Rogers, the first
00:39Republican I voted for in decades. That's how much I fear, L. Saad. You are the company
00:45you keep signed Janet. Let's get to the. Abdul Rahman El Saeed, since CNN doesn't like us
00:56saying his full name, is going to be facing a serious uphill battle. As you heard there,
01:05Democrats are actually going to be voting for the Republican candidate in that race. And I think
01:12in other races as well, right? And I'll be talking more about that in a video tomorrow. So be on
01:21the
01:21lookout for that. We're going to be talking a little more about Abdul Rahman El Saeed in a video
01:28tomorrow. But for today, I got a couple of clips for you. So let's hop into it. Shall we smack
01:34that
01:34like button? Subscribe if you are new and let's get it. So he don't really have the Arabic resonate
01:42with who's running for Senate. So he don't really have to prioritize us because he have enough people
01:47on his side already. I feel like some of the stuff that they do is just to hush us up
01:57and like there,
01:58you got it. There you go. I feel like we've never really been a priority for the Democratic Party
02:05overall in politics as a whole, as a black population. The Democratic Party does prioritize
02:12the needs of their community and constituents, but it does struggle with the messaging towards
02:17the black audiences and their voters. It's just the way that they don't address our issues,
02:23issues that concern actually black people, especially working class black people.
02:30I've worked with college educated white voters in a couple of things, situations,
02:37and some of them don't understand the mission. No, I do not. I don't think any Democratic Party
02:45prioritize the black vote because it's always a ploy to get the black vote, make all these promises,
02:53but once that vote is in and stuff like that, then it's operation that's normal.
02:59I will say the black community feels a little disengaged.
03:02I think for the young white voter, they need to understand the people they're working with
03:11and working for. So I think there's going to be some tension and there needs to be tension.
03:16Yes, not just the black folks. I think they take everybody's vote for granted.
03:21I just think they know that black people do vote and they try to sway them. So just anything to
03:29like get their vote. But we actually do need a political representation that will help our daily
03:33lives. So most people who are of color, and I'm not going to just say black, because I think when
03:44you say black, you've already narrowed down a box. Let's not say that. Let's say people of color
03:51that's marginalized and whatever. Are they a part of the Democratic Party as we see today?
03:59I think the jury is still out.
04:01I don't believe that it's whether or not they prioritize black voters. It's whether black voters
04:06prioritize themselves and whether they want to go out and get the information that they need
04:11to see which party they will want to vote for.
04:14I just think El Saeed, if he cares about his black voters, then he will listen to black people.
04:22In our last elections, they discovered that if you're not courted or not talked to or whatever,
04:30we don't necessarily turn out for you.
04:36one of the chicks there had said that black voters aren't engaged right now in these elections.
04:43And in the back of my mind, I thought, hmm, maybe that's a good thing.
04:48Because there's too many of us that just line up and vote for the Democrat Party without even
04:53really thinking about it. Just up Democrat, Democrat, Democrat. So maybe that's a good thing.
05:00Okay. Please stay disengaged. Okay. We don't need any more Democrats running the show whatsoever.
05:10All right. We got a lot of things to fix. And Democrats would just stand in the way of that.
05:16But carry on.
05:18This is Texas. This is not Minnesota. And it's not California. And it's time for Austin to turn red.
05:26I'm coming from the perspective as someone who used to be a Democrat and then became a Republican
05:33during the last election. But I was also born and raised here in Austin, Texas.
05:39So I got some skin in this game.
05:42And I'm not just going to tell you it needs to turn red.
05:45I'm going to show you why it is so desperately needed.
05:50Come with me.
05:51You really need to get it.
06:20You're already looking at it.
06:38Wow.
06:42It's crazy.
06:49I refuse to sit back and watch Austin turn into Los Angeles.
06:55If you look at this video, it's almost as if something sinister has happened.
06:59I mean, look at the sidewalks, look at the graffiti.
07:02You know, this is not something anybody wants to be walking past or even driving past.
07:07But look what's happened to a major city in America.
07:10And you know what it reminds me of?
07:11It looks just like California.
07:14I mean, California is worse, but I mean, this is pretty bad.
07:16Just people lounging, doing nothing all day.
07:19Most likely just collecting benefits.
07:21But what is going on here?
07:23If we look at the comments, it looks like Texas don't claim Austin anymore.
07:27It's sad, but it's true.
07:29I agree.
07:30I moved here from California and Austin reminds me of the reasons why we left California.
07:35Vote red.
07:35People want to vote red.
07:37Vote red.
07:38I'll never understand why people keep screaming to turn Texas blue.
07:41Because if you turn Texas blue, this is what you get.
07:44You get this kind of California-esque hellscape of it.
07:47It's like zombies walking around, littering graffiti.
07:51And I mean, nobody would ever want to walk down this sidewalk.
07:54I mean, it really is just kind of gross.
07:56So what exactly has happened here?
07:58If we look at the demographics, it looks like non-Hispanic white is about 47%.
08:04And look at the Hispanic population.
08:07So it's at 32%.
08:08So one out of every three people is now Mexican in Austin.
08:13So it seems like that has been rising.
08:15And that's kind of what happened to Los Angeles and California in general.
08:18White population declined.
08:20Mexicans just exploded.
08:21And now you kind of just have this like food vendors on every sidewalk.
08:25Everything just kind of starts looking like a slum.
08:28I mean, there might be some correlation with the demographic shift.
08:31And then what you get here.
08:34Yeah.
08:35I mean, the truth is the truth.
08:38And the truth doesn't care about feelings, right?
08:42And maybe I'm sure that's not the only reason.
08:45I think mainly it is Democrats running the show.
08:49But of course, you've got to have people who vote Democrat in order for Democrats to be able to run
08:53the show.
08:55So, yeah, it's sad, right?
09:00It really is.
09:01To watch, you know, these beautiful places and cities, the states just turn to utter chaos.
09:10And it's wild to watch, man.
09:15It really is.
09:17And it sucks, too.
09:19Because, you know, when this type of stuff happens to, you know, these different places, you're just like, I really
09:28don't want to go there.
09:30You know?
09:31I wanted to go there before, but now I really don't want to go there now.
09:35You know?
09:36I don't want to run into, you know, these homeless encampments where you might have somebody who struck out on
09:43drugs.
09:44And you get a crazy incident where, you know, something wild happens.
09:48Like, nah, bro.
09:49Mm-mm-mm.
09:50Mm-mm.
09:51Some of these places are absolutely beautiful, right?
09:55And they're being destroyed.
09:56But, like California, okay?
10:01Wild stuff to see, man.
10:02Absolutely wild stuff to see.
10:04And like you said, why would anybody want to make something, or why would anybody suggest, hey, vote blue when
10:12we all see the results when people do vote blue?
10:17It's utter chaos.
10:19Utter chaos.
10:20I mean, just across the board.
10:22You name it.
10:24I mean, look at Seattle, for example.
10:28Instead of arresting the criminals, and I've talked about this before, instead of arresting the criminals, Seattle's mayor suggested putting
10:37up barriers so that the criminals wouldn't be driving through, you know, neighborhood streets and shooting at each other.
10:44They'll just be on the main roads driving and shooting at each other.
10:49Why not just arrest them?
10:51You know, they don't have to put these silly, giant planters in the middle of the road so residents feel
10:58safe.
11:00You know, it's just like silly, bro.
11:03Like, the common sense answer is never the answer for Democrats.
11:08You know?
11:10It's wild to see, man.
11:12It really is wild to watch.
11:14And did you tell me, right before we went on, and I kind of alluded to it in your buildup,
11:18that there was a Democrat in the statehouse, not running for Congress, that actually flipped parties because of how the
11:25fires were handled up in Lahaina?
11:28Yeah.
11:28State Representative Ellie Cochran, former Democrat, now the newest member of the House Republican Caucus.
11:35She represents District 14 West Maui, which is Lahaina and all of West Maui.
11:40And, you know, she'll tell you the story, but, you know, she was just disenfranchised at how they treated the
11:47response efforts, how they treated her in the area and the local leadership in Lahaina.
11:53And so she flipped parties.
11:54She's fully on board in supporting the president's agenda now and making sure that we restore a balanced two-party
12:03system in Hawaii.
12:05Good for her.
12:05And did you tell me, right before we went on, and I kind of alluded to it, you love to
12:10hear it, right?
12:11You absolutely love to hear it.
12:13More and more people leaving the Democrat Party and joining the good side, joining the great side, the Republican side.
12:23This new Republican Party, where we do have, you know, lots of former Democrats.
12:29You know, the Democrat Party talks about having a big umbrella.
12:33In reality, it's us.
12:35We're the ones with the big umbrella.
12:37I mean, literally, Uncle Trump himself is a former Democrat.
12:41So, yeah, we're actually the big party or the big tent party where we've brought in a lot of folks.
12:47Now, we don't go for the nonsense, okay?
12:49If you want to do the vote blue stuff, you might get the boot.
12:56But if you want to vote red in America first, you're always welcome on this side.
13:03And it's always a beautiful thing to come across clips and videos of folks, you know, leaving the Democrat Party.
13:09I've got a few more clips, but I think I'm going to save them for another video.
13:12Maybe I'll show you guys those tomorrow, maybe.
13:17But anyway, get in the comments.
13:18Let me know your thoughts and your opinions.
13:19As always, stay safe out there.
13:21Peace and love.
13:21Amen.
