00:00Cats have a very funny way of choosing people.
00:02After spending so much time looking into this home from the outside,
00:06she already had an audience inside.
00:07Their mom calls them her trust fund cats.
00:10It's the middle of winter and she kept showing up and I'm like,
00:13this is crazy, like maybe she doesn't belong to someone.
00:15You little baby.
00:17You little kitten.
00:18Take care of our girl.
00:19Where are you going?
00:21Come on.
00:22We kept her in my office away from our two cats.
00:25Two ragdolls who had never missed a meal slept on anything less than
00:29premium bedding.
00:30Suddenly, there was a third cat with a very compelling case for joining the family.
00:34And her new brothers had some adjusting to do too.
00:37Friendship between cats usually doesn't happen in one big dramatic moment.
00:41It happens in inches.
00:46First, it's a little hostile.
00:52Good job, buddies.
00:56Good job, Carmi.
00:59Is it a good boy?
01:01They're still figuring each other out.
01:05She's only ever been outside before.
01:08This is a big change for her.
01:14After spending so much time looking into this home from the outside,
01:17she finally gets to know what it's like to belong there.
01:20They all kind of act like siblings now.
01:23And we're very fortunate that it worked out.
