00:36and discussions and I also think that Sigre can inspire young professionals to find their purpose
00:42because when you look at the amount of job that people put into this organization to try to solve
00:47some of the biggest challenges in power systems then you start asking yourself well how can I
00:52contribute and to keep this motivation alive I think we should continue building a community
00:58where everyone feels included and at the same time to create a platform for young professionals
01:04where they can express their curiosity where they can ask questions and find mentors who will guide
01:09them into their professional development.
