00:00Day three of adding a new build estate to my British inspired village, where today we're
00:03getting straight to it and building some larger detached houses. For this first one I've used
00:07sandstone with brick to create a nice contrast and after adding some texture I began by adding
00:11the door to the front with a small overhang above and then some windows to the walls either side.
00:15I then headed around the back and added this extension, again using sandstone for some
00:19contrast and then I didn't like the current location so I moved it across the road before
00:23then detailing a small garden around the front. From here I added a driveway to the side along
00:27with the garage just behind and then detailed the garden around the back including this easy
00:31hot tub design in the corner, a place to relax on a rare sunny day. And that completes house one.
00:37Now just next door we've got another plot marked for a detached house. This one uses the same
00:42colour palette just like they do in real life but we've gone for a slightly different shape.
00:45Now after some texturing I added the door and some windows to the brick side before then moving over
00:49and detailing a sandstone section. From here I headed around the back to add some windows including my
00:54attempt at a french door and then added the front garden and driveway as well as a garage just
00:58behind. Now if you're interested you can download this world over on my patreon and explore this
01:03entire village for yourself. We of course had to add a back garden to this house too along with some
01:07trees around the edge for some privacy and I've finished with some smaller details around the
01:11house obviously including some wheelie bins and we're done. Fala for day 4.
