00:00Day 25 of building and British Inspired Village where recently we built this train station but
00:05up to now the track just kind of goes to nowhere so let's fix that. We first had to make
00:09some space
00:09for the extension and that meant removing any trees and rocks in its path. With that cleared
00:13we can now flatten the land and continue the track but we've quickly run into a problem and
00:17that being we have a lake in the way. But all problems have a solution so let's build a bridge.
00:21I began with stone just to get the shape and had some terraforming to do on the other side to
00:25match
00:25the height. From here we can work on the actual bridge design where I went for some arches all
00:29the way along and finished with this simple detail along the top. Now for texturing I've used
00:33deep slate underwater to give it a wet appearance and then used a combination of tough stone bricks
00:37and andesite above. With the bridge in place we can now extend the rail and prepare this side
00:42fort and tunnel which we'll build shortly. That completes our bridge. Now just before the tunnel
00:47I wanted to detail the edge of the lake so just like the riverbanks in the village I've used a
00:51collection of dirt and mud blocks to give it a nice texture and if you'd like to explore this
00:55village for yourself you can download the entire world over on my patreon. Now it's time to work
00:59on that tunnel but before building I had to extend this hill over slightly just so I had
01:03somewhere for the tunnel to go and I then replaced the trees back on top to keep the local council
01:07happy. For the tunnel I found this image online which I really liked. Quite a simple stone arch design
01:12with an overgrown feel. I extended this all the way into the hillside and then tested it by running
01:16the train through. And we're done. Well done for day 26.
