00:00Day 4 of adding Ann Nubal Estate to my British inspired village, where the first task today is
00:04to build a row of terraced houses, once again keeping with the brick theme. I began by adding
00:08the windows and doors to the front, and then repeated this over to each house. I then headed
00:13round the back to add the windows and doors back here too, and then sectioned off three separate
00:16gardens, where I gave a unique design to each one. I headed back around the front to add some parking,
00:22using this sign and carpet trick to create some small lines between. And that completes our
00:27terraced houses. With that one complete, we've now got a nice selection of houses to use, and just
00:32like in real life, we're going to copy and paste these across the rest of the village. This is where
00:35the initial planning we did comes in useful, as I knew roughly where to place each one. Now as these
00:41were just copy and pasted, they're going to need some neatening up, so I've gone through and added
00:44new paths to access gardens, as well as some driveways next to some of the houses. I also made
00:49sure to add a few alleyways through the estate to make pedestrian life a little easier, and somewhere
00:54four deals to take place. And thanks to the idea from this comment, I went around and added some
00:59electric car chargers to some of the houses. The final step was to connect the new estate to the
01:04rest of the village, and I had this little area of land which I turned into a small green, and
01:08of course
01:08added a few benches to sit down and relax. I built another path and bench along the edge of this
01:13river,
01:14and this one has a nice view over the main village. Now if you'd like to explore this village for
01:19yourself and support the series, you can download the world over on my Patreon. And we're done.
01:24I'll go for the next part.
