00:01Everywhere we go, people wanna know.
00:05Now you gotta follow me. Ready?
00:07Everywhere we go, everywhere we go.
00:11People wanna know, people wanna know.
00:14Who we are, who we are.
00:17So we tell them, so we tell them, we're the Melt Gang.
00:25If the last few years have taught me anything,
00:28it's that nothing's as important as family.
00:34So I've decided to take some time out
00:38and spend it with two of my best mates in the world.
00:41My dad, Big Mark.
00:41I can't believe I'm doing this.
00:44And my little brother, Josh.
00:47But we won't be clocking up the air miles.
00:52Instead, we're hitting the road to explore beautiful Britain.
00:56Something we haven't done since we was kids.
00:59Yeah!
01:00We'll be pushing each other to our limits.
01:03Oh, what am I doing here?
01:06My legs are jelly. My bum feels loose.
01:11And opening up about stuff we've never talked about.
01:13I haven't been present enough.
01:15Have I let you down as a son?
01:18Family is more important than anything in the world.
01:21Let's get going.
01:22Yeah!
01:24Let's see.
01:25Together.
01:26Come on!
01:26We're gonna see the UK like we've never seen it before.
01:30Yeah!
01:31This is unbelievable.
01:32On a right family holiday.
01:34Yeah!
01:34We came.
01:36No!
01:37We saw.
01:38Yes!
01:39We conquered.
01:42Dad?
01:44Is he alright?
02:00Josh, put your phone down.
02:02Yeah, right.
02:03Sorry.
02:03We've had a window.
02:05Look at the views, look.
02:06Look out there, Josh.
02:08Switch off time.
02:08Present.
02:10Yeah, I'm up for it.
02:10Switch off completely.
02:12I don't do it enough, if I'm honest.
02:14Just us three.
02:15Fair enough.
02:15Take it all in.
02:16Look around.
02:17Breathe the air.
02:23For the next leg of our adventure, we're right in the heart of England, in the Peak District.
02:28A couple of facts for fans of history, like the old man.
02:32This was the first official national park in England.
02:35And the dam busters practiced dropping bombs here on the Derwent Reservoir.
02:42You ever been to the Peak District, Josh?
02:44I've been to a lot of places up and down the country, but pretty much from the back of
02:48a bus, driving up and down the country with a football team.
02:51You don't really get to experience it all.
02:53And I tell people, I've been there, I've been there, but have I really been there?
02:56And that's why I'm excited for what we're about to do.
03:00Being a professional footballer, you have to be disciplined in terms of what you eat
03:04and what you drink and your sleep.
03:06And you have to say no to quite a lot, whether that be socialising or doing activities.
03:11But if you look at Mark's situation, his job and his life has taken him all over the world.
03:17You sort of say to yourself, I wonder what I have missed out on.
03:21I think this trip, Josh, you've just got to relax, let go.
03:28Josh's life's always been sort of football, you know?
03:30Having to pack up actually playing is something that's come to the forefront of his mind, really.
03:37We've all been through life change. You have to adapt, which I'm sure he will.
03:44And what are we going to do?
03:45What would we risk, et cetera? I don't want to aggravate it.
03:48I'd love to go to the spa or something like that and have a nice massage.
03:55No chance. I don't have a massage and jacuzzi lined up, but I can promise a refreshing experience.
04:02I've got one thing in store that I think we all might enjoy.
04:09I'm taking the old man and Josh to check out one of the Peak District's most picturesque places, the River
04:15Derwent.
04:16But this ain't no relaxing cruise. We're hitting the water on kayaks.
04:22Kayaking is a buzz because it's competitive. It's a sport, isn't it?
04:25You know if me and Josh get in those kayaks, we're going to look at each other and go, yeah?
04:31Bang. And we're going to race. It's just the way we are.
04:34Hello, mate. I'm Mark. How are you doing? John? Very good, John. Nice to meet you.
04:37Nice to meet you, John. Josh. How are you doing?
04:38John, how are you doing? All right. Mark, John. Good to meet you.
04:40What's it all about, mate? What we got?
04:42Right. Have you kayaked before? Yes.
04:44Okay. Not to what I can hear behind rushing water would like a challenge.
04:48Good. We've got a few little rapids.
04:50I won't be kayaking because I've got a dodgy wrist, so I'm going to go and something else.
04:55Shut up. Don't start. Melting.
04:57I think I've got something that might be right up your street. Good. A rubber ring.
05:02So while these guys are sweating it, you'll just basically sit in this rubber ring and float down watching these
05:08guys mess up.
05:09And I want you to do me one favour. What's that?
05:11I want you to make it as hard as you possibly can for them. No problem.
05:18All right, Mark. You leading the way?
05:22Yeah.
05:26Eww.
05:29Oh, let's go.
05:30How's he going to get down? He's got the horse.
05:31The current.
05:33All right, guys. We've got this first rapid coming up.
05:36I don't want to go over that.
05:38Let's do it.
05:39Right, just keeping the boat in a straight line.
05:41Maybe pick a point on the river.
05:43Focus on that point.
05:44See if you can get your kayak to get there without the thing spinning round.
05:48Keep paddling forwards.
05:52Come on, Dad.
05:53Ooh.
05:54Look at him, look.
05:59Come on, Dad. Use your arms.
06:02You're like a sitting swamp.
06:05There he goes, look.
06:06Look at him just poodling along.
06:08Come on, Dad.
06:09I had a lovely time in me dinghy.
06:11I was floating behind the boys, looking at the sun, getting a bit of sun on me face.
06:15You think you're in Barbados for something, don't you?
06:17Waiting for a pina colada.
06:18While the donut chills out in the donut.
06:21You want to go? You want to go?
06:22I do want to go. Are you ready?
06:24Come on, Dad.
06:25Time for me and Josh to get down to business.
06:28A race down the rapids.
06:30Come on, Josh.
06:31What you got?
06:32What you got?
06:34Right, son.
06:35Yeah!
06:42Leaving you for dead, son.
06:44Leaving you for dead.
06:46Whether it be at home as kids in the garden, playing a game console on the computer.
06:51Even down to stupid stuff like all can finish a drink quicker.
06:55Everything just becomes a competition.
06:57Come on.
06:58Come on, you mate.
07:00Come on.
07:00Our school motto was find a way or make a way.
07:04And he's got that in him.
07:07Cheated.
07:08You have to cheat, don't you?
07:10No!
07:11What is the point of playing if you don't want to win?
07:13If there's no meaning to it or no like, yes!
07:17Or no upset if you lose, then why bother playing?
07:21Come on!
07:23Come on!
07:25The big bro's done it again!
07:27Yes!
07:29Get in there!
07:30Cheated again.
07:31Get in!
07:34Get in!
07:35Get in!
07:35The big bro showed him up again.
07:38When we're against each other, it's like a cup final every time.
07:42So whoever lost that race was going to act like a sore loser.
07:45Today it was Josh.
07:46Did he disappoint?
07:47No.
07:48You can't race him because he just cheats.
07:50How did I cheat?
07:51Someone that fears someone has to cheat to get in front.
07:55Don't make excuses!
07:57Champion!
07:58Champion!
07:58Champion!
07:59I had the better technique.
08:01I had the more power.
08:02Forget how bigger his arms are on his shoulders.
08:04I couldn't care less.
08:04It doesn't matter.
08:05Put your arm there.
08:06Don't start turning around on your side.
08:07Put your arm there and show me.
08:08Who's stronger when we do chest?
08:08Who's stronger when we do shoulders?
08:10Me.
08:10Who's got the bigger arms?
08:11Who's got the bigger arms?
08:12Fair and square race.
08:14I'm the winner.
08:14He's a loser.
08:15He has to cheat to win.
08:16Enjoy.
08:17Good technique.
08:18Listen, the boy's got good technique.
08:20But ultimately, I won the race.
08:24As well as proving I'm better than Josh, this trip is all about making memories.
08:28And tonight could go down in Wright family history.
08:33Because for the first time in our lives, we're going camping together.
08:39Camping.
08:39First time.
08:40We've all done it together.
08:42Ever, I think, isn't it?
08:44Yes.
08:44We've never camped before as a family.
08:47I'm excited for it.
08:49I went then and granddad took us.
08:50I think it was Cornwall he took us.
08:51It lasted about four hours in the tent and we went up.
08:56Well, we're going to need supplies.
08:57So we've stopped in this little town called Bakewell.
09:00Lovely town.
09:01It looks like a scene from Peter Rabbit.
09:04And I can see why it's called Bakewell.
09:06Oh, look at that.
09:08Look at the size of it.
09:09Because these guys bake very well.
09:11Home of the world famous Bakewell tart and Bakewell pudding.
09:15We're meant to be saving this for camping but not even left the shop.
09:18Tried it.
09:21Not the outdoorsy types.
09:23We haven't got a scooby about camping.
09:25But the one thing I do know is we need a tent.
09:28This ain't no Essex camping, glamping and all that, getting all cosy and only.
09:33We're camping.
09:34For once we're going to be outdoorsy guys.
09:40Whoa.
09:41So they're tents there, yeah?
09:42They're roll mats they are.
09:44They're what you sleep on.
09:44How can that be a tent?
09:46Let's have a little look at this.
09:47It actually lays on the floor, yeah?
09:49Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
09:50We need the best individual tents that you've got.
09:53Individual tents.
09:54Well, nice and spacious.
09:55Easy to put up.
09:56I'm excited to put a tent up under the stars with my dad and my brother.
10:00How much room in here is there?
10:01We've got the right gear, so we're in for a good night.
10:04Look, watch.
10:06Snug as a bug.
10:08Nice and secure.
10:09No problem in these.
10:10Nice and secure.
10:11Go peg.
10:14Right, listen, let's go.
10:16All the gear and no idea.
10:27It's just so peaceful in the views, wasn't it?
10:30Green.
10:31Why is it so green?
10:32Let's train it off.
10:37Here we are.
10:38This is it.
10:39Looks nice.
10:40Another rock.
10:41This is us for the night.
10:44Let's go, boys.
10:46Welcome home.
10:47Our campsite's near Buxton.
10:49Famous for its luxury spa hotels.
10:52But tonight, we're going back to basics.
10:55Right, the race begins.
10:56First one to get their tent up.
10:58Does no cooking and has everything cooked for them.
11:01What's that bit?
11:05There's not even any instructions.
11:06I actually haven't got a Scooby-Doo.
11:11That's not right.
11:13It is like a jigsaw puzzle.
11:14I ain't got a close.
11:15Honestly.
11:17Ah, that's the tent.
11:19What's that bit?
11:20I'll tell you what, Dad.
11:22Go on.
11:23We're in an absolute mess and I'm blaming you for it.
11:25Never took this camping once when we were kids.
11:27How do we not know how to set up a tent?
11:28Because I wasn't a camping man.
11:30That's why.
11:30I don't know what's going on here.
11:31This is impossible.
11:32I ain't got a clue here.
11:33Honestly, I ain't got a clue.
11:34The old man loves comfort, warmth in his own home, on the sofa, glass of red wine, watching
11:41a film.
11:42It wouldn't surprise me if my dad's looking up hotels on his phone as we speak.
11:45But that's what's good about this whole experience.
11:47Doing things we're not used to.
11:49And my dad is certainly not used to this.
11:51Trust me.
11:51I can't even find the holes put the poles in.
11:54I've got it.
11:55I have got it.
11:56As you know, you can do mine as well then, yeah?
11:58You nearly took me eye out, Mark.
12:00There you go.
12:01Lift that up.
12:02I'll bend it in the middle.
12:05Ladies and gentlemen, that is how you put up a tent.
12:12Come in, Josh.
12:12Let's help Dad.
12:13Yep.
12:24How's it going?
12:25Have a look.
12:26You've got to be joking.
12:27What?
12:28I'm sweating me back out.
12:29I've done my tent.
12:30We're helping you and you sat down and let that.
12:31Yeah, but I'm giving you a meal tonight.
12:32That's for later.
12:33Why shouldn't I sit there while the boys are doing my tent?
12:36I raised them.
12:36Why shouldn't they put my tent up?
12:37Let me try that.
12:38No, finish the job first.
12:40That's what you're doing.
12:40I'm doing the cooking tonight, so it ain't all one way.
12:45The old man might be pony when it comes to pitching a tent.
12:49What are you having?
12:51Dad, you can't touch them on the burgers.
12:53But he's always been a safe pair of hands on the barbie.
12:57That is incredible.
13:01The one thing you've always been able to do is cook a barbie or two, that.
13:04Mommy's going mad about you eating that bread.
13:06Mommy, I knew she.
13:09Thought it was another day, wouldn't it, eh?
13:11God, I'm tired.
13:13I've really, really enjoyed it, just doing stuff that I've never been able to do
13:17or didn't want to do in case of injury or risk of this.
13:20And I've loved it.
13:22That today was a real, real good time.
13:26Josh is going through a big transition at the moment in his life.
13:29You know, he's coming to the end of something he's always known, football.
13:31And for any sportsman and any athlete, it might sound like champagne problems, but trust me, it's not.
13:36It's a serious thing.
13:37It's all they've ever known and suddenly their life's going to change.
13:39It's not just making up for past where you've had to say no.
13:44It's actually also to show you the future.
13:48To show you that, alright, you're no longer going to be scoring and playing in front of thousands of people,
13:53that I know you love with all your heart.
13:56Do you find it hard accepting that the end is closing in?
14:02That's the toughest thing is, it's always in the back of your mind that one day it's over,
14:06whether that be injury, whether that be age, etc, etc.
14:09But for me, it's all I've ever done.
14:13The day that I do hang the boots up, it's a day that I dread and it's a day that
14:16most footballers dread
14:17and I think there's a high level of depression and mental health that kicks in for that reason.
14:23I know I have to adjust. I've just had a little son.
14:25I know I have to protect him, but it's accepting that one day it will stop.
14:34I debated, end of last season, I debated, that was me.
14:40I'd had enough.
14:41Take a deep breath.
14:49I've never told anyone this.
14:51I had a breakdown last, I think it was July.
14:55I was having a tough time in terms of what I wanted to do, where I wanted to go.
14:58And I broke down indoors and said, Holly, I think I'm done.
15:02Because I don't know what I'm going to tell my dad.
15:04I said, it's everything to use.
15:07And the toughest thing, going back to it, is accepting that one day I have to stop.
15:13The adrenaline buzz, the winning, the scoring goals.
15:16You ringing me up, how'd you get on, how'd you play?
15:19Dad, you were brilliant today, son.
15:22I can't accept that the day I've got to hang the boots up, that's going to be gone from me.
15:27I'm scared for the future.
15:29I'm going to be starting again.
15:30I'm going to be like I'm going back to school again, or like I'm starting out at football again.
15:34I've had a good financial income from the day that I could earn money.
15:38There's no two ways about it.
15:39We all worry about finances, so I need to prepare for the future, is the big thing.
15:43It's going to shock the body, it's going to shock the mind.
15:47In terms of mental health, it's all you've ever known, right?
15:51I'm going to tell you this as a big brother.
15:54I promise you, man to man, you're going to be fine.
15:59Not only are you going to be fine, you're going to love life.
16:03You'll look back and say, I had the greatest time ever having a football career, but wow, my life is
16:08good.
16:09From you running in the garden this big as a kid playing with me, and I used to go, he's
16:13got a bit of my brother,
16:14think he might be better than me, my brother.
16:15You've gone and played at Wembley in cup finals, scored against Man Unite, you make us so proud.
16:21He's my best mate, he really is, I love him to bits and I couldn't wish for a better brother
16:26relationship.
16:27I really couldn't.
16:31I enjoy watching you both.
16:33I know you love him.
16:34But if you decide to stop, that's your choice, your life.
16:40Nothing would change the way I feel about Josh or any of my children.
16:43Josh doesn't play football anymore, he's still Josh.
16:46And that's for forever.
16:49Well look, today is just a little tiny taste of the things that we're going to be doing in our
16:55future.
16:55Alright, camping tonight, another couple of beers, off on another adventure tomorrow.
17:00Cheers Mark, I might be able to have one or two more of them when I finish playing on all.
17:02Exactly.
17:10I am sailing, I am sailing, cross the water, close to me.
17:23These are one of my favourite things.
17:25Mmm.
17:27Oh, that is outrageous.
17:30Oh yes, Joshy boy.
17:32Oh yes, he's got a good bit.
17:34Tell you what though, this has been a special day, isn't it?
17:38Are you missing Mum, Dad?
17:39Obviously I am.
17:40I'm not rushing back though.
17:43I'm here with my boys.
17:46I thoroughly enjoyed it actually.
18:01Josh, did you sleep well?
18:04No.
18:04No?
18:05Cold.
18:07You should have had your coat on.
18:12Morning.
18:13Bit windy, wasn't it?
18:15And obviously the rain, but I think I had about six hours sleep.
18:18You snored the whole campsite down.
18:20I don't think I was snoring.
18:23Yeah.
18:31It's our last day in the Peak District.
18:35And I have a surprise in store for these two.
18:38I want to end our visit on a high.
18:41Literally.
18:42It will be something that is lively and it will test us all,
18:47but mainly Josh is for you because it's something that you've never been able to do in your career.
18:51In other words, Dad, we're at risk of injury.
18:54Basically, yeah.
18:57Oh my God.
18:59Oh, I don't believe this.
19:04What are they?
19:05Those, my little bro, are hang gliders.
19:08And three times world champion Judy is going to give us a crash course.
19:12But I'm hoping crashing isn't part of the course.
19:16This is ridiculous.
19:18If we ain't underground, we're in here.
19:20Come on, please.
19:21Good morning.
19:22How you doing?
19:23Good morning.
19:23Very good, thank you. How are you?
19:25Yeah, good, thank you.
19:26I've got the giggles because these two are a little bit shooken up by what they're seeing.
19:30Appreative, to say the least.
19:31You're very safe at the moment.
19:34Unbelievable.
19:35Right.
19:35I hear you really want to go hang gliding today.
19:38It's the first we've heard or seen of it, but could you tell us a little bit about it?
19:41We're going to be towed up by this microlight here to 3,000 feet above here.
19:463,000 feet?
19:48Above here.
19:49Ugh.
19:53Where does this sit in level of danger?
19:55Stop asking silly questions.
19:56Melt.
20:00I'm still here after many decades of flying and I've done some fairly extreme stuff over the years.
20:06Put it this way, I owe Lady Luck a big drink when I finally meet her.
20:13I love how I've naturally developed a new relationship with my dad over time.
20:19It's grown into a very mature father-son relationship.
20:22Well, not always mature when I'm around.
20:24But when you break it all down, he's still my protector.
20:28He'll still put me into place when he needs to.
20:31I'm not sure yet.
20:32I'll see how you go.
20:34All right, paper scissors rocks.
20:35Who goes first?
20:363, 2, 1.
20:39He's gone.
20:39You did it after him.
20:40What's all about?
20:41He put his out and then you copied him.
20:43You're up.
20:44You're up.
20:44Oh, that's...
20:45Well, there you go.
20:46Well, I'm going to sum up how I feel about this right now.
20:48Right.
20:52Judy, as my nanny...
20:53Charming!
20:54As my nanny Irene says, wherever you may be, let your wind run free.
21:01So your arm's full of my hands.
21:03Starting to get a bit nervous, Judy, I'm not going to lie.
21:06You'll be fine.
21:08Says you.
21:09Look at them all look like Tom Cruise in Top Gun.
21:12We're going to fly like Tom Cruise in Top Gun.
21:14Well, that can pump some fog with this.
21:15These hang gliders can reach speeds of over 40 miles an hour.
21:19Here we go.
21:20Oh, it's fast.
21:22Woo!
21:23It's so fast.
21:24They're going up already.
21:27Oh!
21:27Whoa!
21:29Look how fucking's gone, isn't it?
21:32I bet he's having a proper melt-o.
21:34Whoa!
21:34Despite the fog you can see for miles up here, it's the perfect way to take in the Peak District.
21:41Once I've opened my eyes and stopped screaming, that is.
21:44This is absolutely fantastic.
21:46Isn't it gorgeous?
21:47Isn't it gorgeous?
21:47When they say wonder what it would be like to fly, it would be like a bird.
21:50This is it.
21:51All right!
21:53Don't enjoy it!
21:53Yeah, you're going to scream up.
21:55He's just relaxed now.
21:56You're milching again!
21:57As we come into line, we will accelerate.
22:00Whoa!
22:03Whoa!
22:04What's it like?
22:05That is quick!
22:06Whoo!
22:08Bang on.
22:09Oh, yeah.
22:10Soft landing.
22:11Judy!
22:12Hey!
22:13You've got a soft touch.
22:14High five, Juno.
22:16That's mad.
22:18Love it.
22:19I can't wait to see them two up there now.
22:23I could have actually strangled him, to be honest with you.
22:25But there you go.
22:25I've got to go along with it.
22:27What can I do?
22:27I can't say no.
22:29My boys are doing it.
22:30I've got to do it.
22:31What am I doing?
22:35Dad, you're going to love it.
22:36Trust me.
22:37I'm with a professional.
22:38Look, I trust you.
22:40Hopefully you trust me.
22:42I trust you.
22:45Woohoo!
22:46We're doing it.
22:46Beautiful.
22:47Woohoo!
22:49It's amazing.
22:50Yeah, isn't that beautiful?
22:52Just think, our dad is up there right now.
22:54See if he can see us.
22:56Woohoo!
22:57We like steep turds.
22:59That's all you.
23:01Just level us up and swing us round to the left.
23:04Oi, oi!
23:06Go on, Dan.
23:07One you go.
23:08Yeah!
23:08Yay!
23:14My ears have just popped.
23:16Yeah!
23:17How good was that?
23:18That was fantastic.
23:19I can now see why you do this all the time.
23:22Yeah, it's just wonderful.
23:24I'll do it again.
23:24That was so good.
23:26How'd you go?
23:27That was amazing.
23:29Was it?
23:29I promise you, that was absolutely amazing.
23:31Josh, you'll love it.
23:32I'll enjoy it, won't I?
23:33You will love it.
23:34I just want to get up there now.
23:35I'm excited.
23:36So, in terms of being a footballer, you have to be very disciplined.
23:39There's rules and regulations that if I were to get injured, you'd be basically breaching
23:44your contract.
23:46You all right, Joshy, boy?
23:47Take up a slap.
23:49Josh, this is something you've never been able to do, boy.
23:51Enjoy and relax.
23:52Let's go!
23:53Yee-haw!
23:54Go on, Joshy!
23:56You're up so quick.
23:57Woo-hoo!
23:58God!
24:02Oh-ho!
24:04Hang gliding's something an athlete shouldn't really do.
24:07They can't just go on holiday when they want.
24:08They can't just go out with their pals when they want.
24:10They have to eat certain foods, sleep when they sleep, if they take it seriously like
24:13he does.
24:14I've done things like it.
24:15And I remember looking down going, oh, what I'd give for Josh to see this and experience
24:19it.
24:20So, yeah, Josh hang gliding is gold.
24:22All right, Kate, I'm going to release the line.
24:25Sweet!
24:25Lovely!
24:27Woo-hoo!
24:29Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
24:30Wow!
24:31Oh, yeah!
24:33Ha-ha!
24:34It's so nice to just see him up there, free like a bird.
24:40Going to do a couple of steep turns, all right.
24:43That's great food in that bit there.
24:50Oh, wow.
24:51Woo-hoo!
24:52Yeah!
24:55Woo-hoo!
24:57Green left!
24:58Look at his face, smiling from ear to ear.
25:00Yeah.
25:03And he's buzzing.
25:05Love it.
25:05Oh, that's coming in at some pace.
25:07Yeah!
25:08Oh-ho!
25:08Go on, boy!
25:09Hey!
25:11Hold tight to me until we come to a complete stop.
25:14Yeah.
25:15Brilliant.
25:15Put your hands on the bar.
25:16Unbelievable, Judy.
25:17Lovely.
25:18Oh, thank you so much.
25:20Yes, give me one of them.
25:21That was amazing, that was.
25:23Hey!
25:25Can you believe all the things you've missed out on?
25:28To be able to do it now, it's quite surreal and weird, I have to say.
25:32Do you want to do more of this kind of stuff?
25:33Hell yeah.
25:34Be careful what you wish for, because you don't know what's coming up next for my son.
25:45Dad, I thought you knew the way around up here.
25:47That's the only way we had to turn around.
25:48We're doing U-turns and everything.
25:49You could be voted out very soon, Dad.
25:52Edging towards the time that I'll take the driver's seat.
25:54So, I'm in the driver's seat and let me tell you, I'm staying here.
26:02Before we say our goodbyes to the Peak District, there's just time for one more stop.
26:08In the town of Matlock Bath, the heights of Abraham are over 1,000 feet above sea level.
26:15This is more your cup of tea, isn't it?
26:16This is nice.
26:17This is chilled.
26:18This viewpoint has been an attraction since Victorian times.
26:22But luckily for us, 30 years ago, they built a cable car, meaning we haven't got a walk-up.
26:29Wow, look how high we are.
26:35Here we are, we're here.
26:36This is a frill trill.
26:43Look at that.
26:45It's a proper view, isn't it?
26:46Look at that bird of prey, look. See it?
26:48Yeah.
26:49That's how high we are, look.
26:52It's been some experience, I have to say.
26:54And you let something off your chest that you needed to do, because that was very, very important.
26:58I absolutely did.
26:59I thought about that last night.
27:00I was a little bit, why didn't you come see me? Why didn't you talk to me?
27:03I'm there, you know I've been there all the time for you.
27:05Yeah.
27:06I just didn't feel right at the time to tell you.
27:08I thought maybe one day I would.
27:11But, last night felt right, and I'm so glad I have.
27:14I'm standing here now, and all I can say to you is, thank you for understanding and realising.
27:19But just from me to you, I want you to be proud of me like I know you are.
27:23I've done these last few days to show you though, that there is, you know, there's a whole life out
27:28there, Josh.
27:29We've proved that, the Peak District alone, this one area has got so much to offer.
27:32But you don't know that, because you've only seen it from the back of a bus.
27:35In the Peak District, thank you both.
27:38Always son, always, always.
27:40I'm going away from the Peak District, a very, very happy man, a very relaxed man,
27:45and a man that's now got a direction and knows whatever I might do,
27:49they'll be proud of me and completely understand my decision making.
27:52We came, we saw, we conquered.
27:55We did.
27:56Oh yeah.
27:56Big up to that.
27:58Absolutely.
28:06Next time.
28:10Our journey comes to an end, here we go, here we go.
28:16In Cornwall.
28:17We're on top of the world!
28:37Break out.
