00:49to begin our meeting we must first cast a circle there are many ways to do this but what I
00:55like to
00:55do for our videos is imagine a sphere around me take a hit and then imagine that sphere filling
01:01up with my smoke cleansing and protecting me and then we will invite the entities that we want to join

02:17for this week's meeting we will be discussing a somewhat recent addition to my altar and that is
02:25taiki taiki taiki is the hellenic goddess of fate fortune chance prosperity luck and success
02:34i first added her to my altar in this past february's new moon rituals video i recommend checking that out
02:44but i did a ritual in that video that i'll talk about later on that involves a penny and added
02:51it to
02:51my altar as a symbol of her so since then i have honored her every time i lit an incense
02:59cone on my
03:00altar i made a ritual fire for her and i've added her to the spells that i do that focus
03:08on wealth prosperity
03:09success or good luck most sources believe that taiki is one of the many daughters of the titan gods tethys
03:18and
03:18oceanus however a few sources state that her parents are zeus and an unknown woman personally
03:27i believe the first theory because she seems to me to be older than the olympians but i'm still in
03:37the
03:37beginning of working with her so we'll see if that changes out according to most sources she has
03:44no known romantic partners or children however some sources say that she is the mother of plutus
03:55the god of wealth most often she has nemesis as her companion but the nature of their relationship
04:04is kind of unknown or at least it is to me right now what we do know is that nemesis
04:10is the goddess of
04:11divine retribution and is seen as the one who balances out excessive good fortune granted by taiki
04:20however i suspect that i'll learn more about that relationship as my connection with taiki develops
04:27despite having nemesis as a balancer taiki actually represents both good and bad fortune she is considered
04:35a daemon which are spirits or deities that represent different aspects of human life or society if you
04:43want to know more about daemons i made a whole meeting video on it um it should be on daily
04:48motion here taiki
04:49is often depicted as blindfolded which represents the lack of moral judgment involved in chance
04:57in each city that she protects she is depicted as wearing a crown in the shape of the city taiki
05:08is a
05:08winged goddess who often wears a crown depictions of her hold either a scepter rudder ball wheel or
05:18cornucopia her colors are blue green white and gold her sacred plants are bay leaf mint
05:27wheat basil saffron chamomile and thyme many of her followers wore amulets and charms featuring her
05:37image her sacred stones are green adventurite citrine pyrite and gold the following are my recommendations
05:47for ways to get acquainted with taiki so feel free to add your suggestions in the comments or in our
05:54subreddit and the subreddit you would use the post flare witchcraft in action i believe is what it's
06:03called number one coin representative i mentioned this earlier but if you want to add something to
06:10represent taiki to your altar but for whatever reason won't or can't get a statue i recommend starting
06:19with a coin it can be any coin i used a penny and i did this in the rituals video
06:26for this past february's
06:28new moon so i won't go into too much detail about that here but basically you anoint your chosen coin
06:37with smoke moon water or moon oil while calling forth taiki to be present in the coin create a special
06:46place
06:46on the altar for the coin i put mine with the other deity statues that i have on my altar
06:55now the coin serves as a physical representation for taiki until the statue that i ordered arrives which
07:03hopefully will be tomorrow which will be the day that i'm editing this video not the day that i'm
07:11posting it so by the time i post it i should hopefully have this statue in and i will post
07:17a picture of it
07:17when i do get it i'll post that in the subreddit number two is ritual fire as a pyromaniac i
07:26love a
07:27good ritual fire so gather whatever burnables you want to build your fire from you can add some of the
07:34herbs that i mentioned earlier if you want as sacrifices set up your pyre in a safe space whether
07:42that be a fire pit outside or a fire safe dish on your altar as you light your fire call
07:51forth taiki
07:51i recommend ritualistically adding herbs to the fire while stating that they are a sacrifice
08:00you can watch the fire or smoke or examine the ashes for messages from taiki number three is a
08:07sesh with taiki as always i recommend inviting taiki to a sesh load your favorite smoking method or one
08:15that's special for the occasion select music ambient sounds or frequencies that focus on fate chance
08:23fortune luck success or prosperity i recommend doing this outside if you can but i understand having to
08:31do it indoors i actually have to do most of my rituals indoors for physical reasons get comfortable
08:41press play on your audio entertainment and call forth taiki with your first hit like i do at the
08:48beginning of our videos so hold your smoking method out for taiki
08:55if it's safe to do so close your eyes imagine her taking a hit watch her inhale and exhale you
09:05may
09:05talk to her or ask her questions while she smokes imagine her handing your smoking method back to you
09:13take your hit keep going back and forth until you feel that you should only have one more hit and
09:20with
09:21your final hit you want to thank and dismiss her like i do at the end of our videos number
09:27four is
09:28sacrifices all entities appreciate some form of sacrifice and taiki is no different for taiki
09:36sacrifices can include smoke her herbs fire food money tea juice and more i sacrifice smoke from hemp and
09:46incense incense to taiki along with the other deities and entities on my altar if you sacrifice food please
09:55make sure that it is safe for any creatures who may come across it and try to eat it or
10:02just make sure that
10:03it is securely placed away from anything that will try to eat it as always practice fire safety when you're
10:11dealing with fire number five is meditation get as big as you feel comfortable being and prepare
10:18a seat for taiki get into a comfortable laying or sitting position and close your eyes take slow deep
10:27breaths or do your favorite breathing exercise call forth taiki imagine that she is sitting with you
10:37thank her for her presence you may ask her questions ask for her favor ask her what she wants to
10:47tell
10:48you offer gratitude or ask for wisdom take as long as you want and pay close attention to what she
10:56says
10:56and how she says it when you're ready to end your meditation thank and dismiss her number six add psyche's
11:04power to spells as witches we cast many spells create many potions and perform many rituals when you work
11:14with deities and entities you can add their power to any works of magic that you do if you're looking
11:21for a good fortune or wealth whether it is for yourself or someone else you can ask taiki to lend
11:28her power to
11:29help enact the spell similarly you can add her powers to any work that you do to inflict misfortune upon
11:37someone else number seven is communicate there are many ways to communicate with deities i often use
11:45cards the meditation we mentioned earlier session with them and astral projection sometimes i read smoke
11:52fire or tea leaves as well and let me know in the comments which ones are your favorite ways to
11:58communicate unfortunately that's all the information that i have on taiki as of now i will probably make
