00:00I want to start it off with Kevin Garnett.
00:01They're going to retire his jersey February 28th to T-Wolfs are.
00:06Legacy, what was Kevin Durant's legacy coming out of high school?
00:12I mean, Kevin Durant's legacy, the big ticket.
00:15I mean, I have a funny story.
00:17Kevin Garnett and Tim Thomas are the only two people ever dunked on coach.
00:23And this happened a long time ago when we were kids.
00:27Kevin Garnett was – he transcended the game.
00:31You got to remember, like, he was the first of that high school group, him and Kobe.
00:35They kind of started that in the mid-late 90s.
00:40And his just transformation of his game, the way he played as an athletic, bouncy, power forward,
00:50could score inside and now handle a ball, he really transcended the game.
00:55And he finally got his ring, obviously, with Boston.
00:59But what a player.
01:01And the one thing you can say about KG is KG was real.
01:05He told you how he felt.
01:07He played his, you know what, off every night.
01:09And he brought an intensity to any game he played.
01:14And that goes back to when we were young and we were all kids.
01:18You know, and he really changed the game a little bit because –
01:21am I right when I say this, J-Y?
01:24By the time he was 28, he had already worked on three max deals.
01:29And so the NBA owners are going, like, hang on, this guy's 28 years old.
01:33Maybe we should put an age requirement back in the college game again.
01:37Because all of a sudden, he's getting paid.
01:38And he got paid handsomely, man.
01:40And obviously, like you said, that first deal that he got there with Kevin McHale there
01:45when Kevin McHale was running the team.
