00:04celebration of Luke's Lobster 10th year anniversary and today we are making the
00:09sandwich lobster roll. So we started our enchilada de langosta with a proper
00:15sofrito. Delicious, I wish you guys could smell this.
00:20It is essential to any Latin dish. Ask anybody in Miami they'll tell you. So the
00:26inspiration behind this dish is my father. Anytime he wanted to get family
00:29and friends together to come over, he made a huge pot of it. So being able to
00:34use Luke's Lobster was really exciting for me. It's a little bit sweeter, the
00:37freshness, it just the dish comes together beautifully. We've decided to pair up with
00:43the Envy Foundation which focuses on bullying and suicide prevention amongst
00:47the youth and the young adults in our neighborhood. One dollar of every roll
00:51that's purchased at Luke's Lobster goes contributed to this beautiful foundation
00:55and beautiful cause.
