01:11The biggest difference to me that makes me feel like they're going to be able to do it is their

01:17And I just love Marcus Freeman as a coach.
01:21He just, he is, he is going to be great.
01:27You know, he understands the legacy of Notre Dame.

01:38And I think he realizes that if he wins a championship for Notre Dame, if he takes him to, if

01:47And, and Notre Dame has had a couple of championship game appearances here and there.

01:58But one of the things that I love about what he's done is for a lot of, a lot of
02:04coaches, they would almost use some of the things like the academics or whatever it is about Notre Dame.
02:11You know, maybe the dorms or whatever they'd say to like use against them.
02:14Like he's really embraced like everything about the university and taking it on.
02:19It's like, this is part of like the identity when you come here of who you are, who you become.
02:22I mean, I just wish he would have had a chance to be in this year's playoff.

02:27Because I think with Jeremiah Love and that backfield, Jadarion Price, like that was a special, that was a special

03:49All the teams that win have stability, have a formula, have a plan.
03:55Man, how many GMs, coaches, and offensive coordinators since the Browns came back in 1999?
04:04Well, I mean, how many teams can say they've switched over the majority owner?
04:07You know, like that's also another piece of it, too.
04:11But to your point, there's not a lot of stability there.
04:14It's tended to be a tough play.

04:17How many teams had two Pro Bowl quarterbacks on the roster this year, huh?

04:25Well, I think the Pro Bowl used to be about who the best players were in the league.

04:34Well, it would have been great for a player to play in this day and age because you might make

04:40I mean, not that Shador Sanders can't develop.

05:19But yet, at least, you know, they signed Myles Garrett to make sure he stayed home.

05:30And he's going to end up being, like, these guys who just wonder what he could have done if he
05:36had a chance to actually win one.

05:40And hopefully Todd Munkin can kind of turn them around and, I don't know, work his magic, I guess.

06:18Sam Darnold took his team to the Super Bowl.

06:29With the Jets, he was seeing ghosts, and everyone thought this guy was going to be a total bust.

06:35He got away from the Jets, learned how to play, learned how to win, learned how to actually be a

06:42and now he's a good quarterback.
06:44I think that's the hardest part, though, about, you know, quarterbacks oftentimes is, like, when that first situation or circumstance
06:51isn't ideal and you don't succeed.

06:53It's really hard to get off that first impression.

06:57Like, remember, he went to Carolina.
06:58He went to San Fran.
07:00He went to San Fran before we really got to see him again in Minnesota and Seattle, so he kind
07:05of had the opportunity, I think, to sit, learn.
07:07And teams aren't patient anymore.

07:10They're not patient with the coaches either.
07:11They throw the rookies out into the fire.

07:17Green Bay's always been good at letting people develop.

07:24But it's so much pressure, so much – if you've got a top-five quarterback, you feel like you've got

07:34And if you don't, you're going to – and often, yes, you don't have a good offensive line.

07:41And then the heat hits you.
07:43I think people are starting to understand that more.
07:46And I think the hard part is because so many head coaches feel the pressure to win right now, too,
07:52they feel like that might save them.

07:55It's like, well, let's throw the rookie in because at least I can say, hey, look what we're doing with

07:58Like you're trying to with Jackson Dart.

08:02I mean, I think for Dayball it was tough because he was there previously with Daniel Jones.
08:06You know, they went to the playoffs the first year, and then it's like things didn't work out since.
