00:00I have yet to see a job that has gone away because of AI. I see opportunities where
00:07jobs have shifted. I'm already seeing that jobs have shifted because of AI, but I haven't seen
00:12a job go away. When I hear that, I get curious and I have a lot of questions. I have
00:17questions
00:18like, how are you finding that AI was so useful that it took a role away? What made you take
00:24the
00:24role away rather than thinking about expanding what the role could be? Did you gain new insights
00:30out of that that then you were then able to build something else off of? What I have seen
00:35is because we are model builders, we started using the technology quite early. We also
00:41were very deliberate as I was having my team start to use this as I was COO of trying to
00:46get clear on where were people using AI and where weren't they? Where were the human skills
00:51so important that they felt they needed to hold on to that. Actually, that's the skills
00:56we should be hiring for is what we should be developing and rewarding.
