00:00Let's start with Zay Flowers of the Baltimore Ravens who had 86 catches last year,
00:04five touchdowns, 1,200 yards receiving.
00:07This is a new head coach in Baltimore,
00:10but you still have obviously one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in Lamar Jackson.
00:17What do we think about Zay Flowers?
00:18Why are you liking him this year?
00:20I think this is the year he finally blows up.
00:22And to make a great comparison, remember when Happy learned how to putt?
00:26Well, Zay Flowers is going to learn how to score touchdowns finally this year.
00:29That's my prediction here for him.
00:31You have Declan Doyle coming in as the new offensive coordinator.
00:34Todd Munkin is no longer calling the place here for the Baltimore Ravens.
00:37And I just think that invites the possibilities of,
00:40oh, let's get our best player on offense, the ball more in the red zone.
00:44Because if you actually look at last year, the Ravens were not effective in the red zone.
00:47They were 27th in red zone scoring.
00:48That was just one of the issues that they ran into last year where things got to real.
00:52Lamar Jackson was banged up.
00:54But when Lamar was healthy last year, Flowers was hitting nearly 13 points per game.
00:58The 13 games he played, he was over 15 points per game in full PPR.
01:02I mean, just look at the numbers.
01:03He was the only receiver last year to hit at least 1,200 receiving yards and not score at least
01:08eight touchdowns.
01:09Right?
01:10So eventually, like the talent is so clearly there with him.
01:13He's a player that has improved every single season, former first round pick,
01:17entering his fourth year of his NFL career attached to Lamar Jackson.
01:20We did see a bit of a touchdown scoring binge over the last part of the 2025 season.
01:26He scored five touchdowns over the last four games.
01:28And I think the team's going to remember that and think, man, you know, Zay Flowers is like pretty good.
01:32Maybe we should get this guy more involved around the red zone.
01:34The consistency in floor is there, which is why I love him so much in fantasy,
01:37because let's say I'm wrong here and he doesn't have this.
01:40And he just, again, it's another five touchdown season.
01:42Well, he was a top seven wide receiver last year with just five touchdowns.
01:46So I think you're getting him at his absolute floor.
01:49He's going well outside the top 12 wide receivers, but a ceiling because of the talent.
01:54Again, yards per route run last year, one of the more predicted metrics at receiver.
01:58Fourth last year behind only Puka Nakua, Jackson Smith and Jigba, Luther Byrne.
02:02Those two other guys, those guys are top five locked and loaded picks.
02:05When it comes to target share, how much is he commanding in this offense?
02:09Well, he had a 28% target share.
02:11That was fifth in the NFL.
02:12And when I just look at the Ravens receiving room, it's Mark Andrews, who I think is totally
02:16cooked at this point and a bunch of rookies and Rashad Bayman, who can never stay healthy.
02:21So Zay Flowers is the, I think he's just the perfect player to want to be betting on,
02:25to take another step forward.
02:26And I'm always making the comparison to Antonio Brown in his fourth season.
02:31That's why I comped Zay Flowers through coming out of Boston College.
02:33And AB just went totally nuclear in the fantasy streets in his fourth season.
02:38So I'm predicting something very similar for Flowers.
