Russia’s Northern Fleet conducts missile-launch exercise in the Barents Sea

Russia’s Northern Fleet conducted a large-scale exercise in the Barents Sea, bringing together surface ships, a nuclear-powered submarine and a coastal defense unit in coordinated strikes against simulated naval targets.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, a reconnaissance aircraft detected the group representing the opposing force at a distance of more than 300 kilometers. The coordinates were then transmitted to the command center responsible for the operation.
