During the final phase of the Maritime Interaction 2025 exercises, the Russian and Chinese navies carried out a series of advanced maneuvers in the Sea of Japan, simulating a real combat scenario against fictitious enemy forces. Naval units engaged in an intense artillery drill, firing on targets that represented a simulated enemy landing fleet.
The goal was to test the coordinated response capability to a potential maritime threat.
