00:00The let them theory has its place but if you don't want to do the hard slog of
00:06getting into therapy, getting depressed and anxious about what other people say
00:10don't worry if you let them or don't let them. That is the ultimate acceptance and
00:17acceptance is the answer to all of your problems. When you're disturbed in any
00:23way it's because you find some person, place or thing unacceptable and what you
00:29need to do is stop projecting and focus on your own character, your own
00:34personality. The truth is it doesn't matter if you let them or not, they're
00:39gonna do what they want anyway. You can't control other people so focus on letting
00:45yourself accept, make the right choices, choose the next best thing. Remember that
00:52whenever you're triggered by someone else it's a part of your frightened
00:56personality that's sparking up to try and defend and protect you from things that
01:02it doesn't need to defend and protect anymore. You're not a child, a child that
01:06was once helpless. So remember whenever you're triggered by fear shift
01:12consciously to love with your awareness, acceptance and new action.
