00:00Welcome to a new week of mindfulness. Staying mindful and on purpose is the do or the action
00:06part of the work of transformation of ourselves and then the world. Breathe and affirm today.
00:14I start with a new intention and stop judging myself and then everything else so harshly in
00:21that order. This is how I start to stop my own suffering. One day, one act, one love at a time.
00:28The root cause of all judgment is the fear of not being good enough, not being worthy of love
00:35and not being safe. When we develop the courage to look at judgment and fear, we can begin to heal.
00:42Repeat after me, my intention today is not to judge anything that occurs. Today I am enough
00:47as I am on my journey back home to healing. I intend to release judgment, pathway number nine,
00:53mindfully because I am ready to be free. I intend to foster peace in myself so that I can bring people
01:00into my peace. I trade judgment for creativity. I think better and bigger each time I am mindful
01:08today. I intend to increase my energy by choosing to love rather than choosing judgment. I expand my
01:16energy by giving love, receiving love and promoting love. I intend to start to treat people in pain
01:23with compassion, not more pain. I send love to the people who need it most and clear the energy blocks
01:31that keep us apart. Today I am a loving person who contributes to a more loving world. Today I will
01:40invest only in the new person I am becoming. Leaving the old me behind through forgiveness as I let go
01:48of my egoic war against myself. I intend to be a role model, a teacher for what I want to see in the
01:56world. May God bless you. Namaste.
