00:00If you're feeling stuck in your life, if you can't move forward and you've got no focus or clarity,
00:05there are five steps that can help you totally transform your reality.
00:11And that might not be as difficult as it seems at first.
00:15It's a process that more and more people are learning today.
00:18Real change is not about a single step, it's rather about a process.
00:23And we combine ancient wisdom with super, super modern psychology, philosophy, religion and science
00:34to create a tangible way forward where people can actually heal their lives,
00:40grow and experience that inner peace that we all deserve.
00:44So here's a five step framework and it's not about dreaming about a new life.
00:49It's actually about building it from the inside out.
00:52And you won't believe how good and dedicated we are naturally to this process.
00:59Step one is really simple, but very, very important.
01:02It's the power of pause.
01:04In between stimulus and response, there's a space and in that space, the magic happens.
01:10You cannot create a new future while you're tethered mentally, spiritually and emotionally
01:16to the life that you've led before.
01:19So we're addicted to the past.
01:22And how we manage that addiction is by thinking about the future and we don't move with that
01:29philosophy.
01:30So what we want to do is get into the gap, get into the space between thoughts, feelings
01:35and emotions.
01:36And when we shift one of those, we begin to create real change from the inside out.
01:42Simple way to do that is just for 10 minutes or so, disconnect.
01:45Turn off your phone, your computer, everything.
01:48Sit in silence, breathe, close your eyes, you know, just ease into nothingness.
01:55It's not about stopping your thoughts.
01:57That's never going to happen.
01:59But it's about detaching from the noise of the outside world so that you can start to hear
02:04your inner world.
02:04This creates the real space for change to begin.
02:09And when we've done that, we can move to step two, which is to ask the five fundamental life
02:14questions.
02:15Nothing grounds us, gets us focused and gives us more clarity than these five simple questions.
02:23They help us to actually, honestly, assess our lives all the way through from past to present
02:29to future.
02:31Question number one, where have I been?
02:33This is where you reflect just quickly and gently on past experiences, not with judgment,
02:39but with curiosity.
02:42What has shaped you?
02:43Where have I been?
02:45Question two, who am I right now?
02:48Think about your current personality, your values, your strengths.
02:52And your flaws, right now.
02:55Three, where am I right now?
02:58Assess your present situation, honestly, without sugarcoating or catastrophizing, without needing
03:05to arm yourself with ego defenses that block clarity completely.
03:10You know, your personality creates your personal reality, and then you step in and rewire that
03:16reality.
03:17Question four, why am I here?
03:20Now, this is a big one.
03:21Look at the choices and responses that have led you, honestly, to your current reality.
03:28Is it working?
03:28Is it not working?
03:29This isn't about blame.
03:31It's about taking ownership.
03:33And five, where am I going?
03:35What is your current trajectory?
03:37Do you need to change it?
03:39Where am I going with the thoughts, feelings, and actions that I am experiencing right now?
03:45So answering these simple questions gives you a roadmap to getting into that inner journey,
03:51getting to see what's really going on beyond the noise of the 85,000 thoughts that we have
03:57to experience every day.
03:58So step three of our five-step process is define your future.
04:03Now that you're clear, now that you know where you are, step three is to define your future.
04:09Ask yourself, can I be defined by my imagination, my image of the future, rather than the story I tell
04:18myself about the past that is leading my life?
04:21Get clear on what you want with this.
04:23Not what you think you should want, but what your soul truly desires.
04:29Then, as Patanjali says, you know, assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
04:33So what we want to do is understand what emotions you will feel, and really try and get in touch
04:40with them when you achieve this desire.
04:43Is it joy, freedom, abundance?
04:45If you can start to feel those emotions right now, assume those feelings of the wish fulfilled,
04:51it begins to emotionally condition your body for a new reality.
04:55Step four is to rehearse and release.
04:57This is where the real work happens.
04:59You have your present reality and your future vision.
05:04Now we begin to bridge the gap.
05:06First, every day, mentally rehearse being your future self.
05:10What choices that person would make, how they would react, what steps they would take.
05:16Play it like a movie in your mind.
05:18You cannot step into a new future holding on to the baggage of the past.
05:23Who are you without that story?
05:25Identify the thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that no longer serve you.
05:30The pain is mightier than the sword, so write down the things I can't and the things I can do.
05:36Notice when you complain, blame, or wear the victim mask.
05:41Consciously decide to let go of emotions like lack, insecurity, and fear.
05:47We're placing them with love when we move past the frightened personality.
05:54Love is the natural emotion that propels us forward.
05:59Step five is now to live that change.
06:01You know, faith without works is dead.
06:04Half measures avail us of nothing.
06:06And love itself, that power that we're getting here, is a verb.
06:10Live the change by changing the way you think, feel, and act every single day.
06:18And in response, consequences will change.
06:21When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at actually do change.
06:26This five-step process, pause, ask, define, rehearse, and release, and live,
06:32is your roadmap to the profound transformation that we're looking for here.
06:36It combines deep self-awareness with conscious creation.
