00:31And we were waiting for this to kind of come down the pipe of what's going on.
00:38And, you know, I talked to a bunch of Division I coaches on the men's and women's side
00:43about what is going on.
00:46And this goes back to a guy named Ross Dellinger.
00:50Ross Dellinger is a pretty big-time reporter.
00:53And he got word that they were looking at an age-based model, a five-and-five model, in the
01:02spring.
01:03And from what I gathered talking to coaches, that immediately put them on the forefront of,
01:09okay, something is coming.
01:12When is the NCAA going to announce it?
01:15And from what I was told by a couple of coaches, they were sworn by the NCAA, nothing's going to
01:22happen.
01:22We're not worried.
01:23No lawsuits.
01:25Lo and behold, what happens?
01:27We get the court opinion over the weekend.
01:30And now there's an injunction that any kid that graduated high school in 2022,
01:36which means they graduated 2026 in four years, now could have a fifth year of eligibility.
01:43This has opened up the floodgates.
01:46And the biggest thing that I got from the college coaching community,
01:49and this is the best answer I got from one of the coaches is,
01:53why did they do this now?
01:55All they had to do, the NCAA, was wait until November and then say, or October,
02:04let the school academic year start.
02:06Let the classes start and say, okay, this is the model we're going to start for next year.
02:11They did not do that.
02:12So now we're in a situation where coaches are up in arms.
02:17They're not happy with the NCAA with how they handled it, how it got leaked.
02:22And now the NCAA tournament is saying, well, don't worry about it.
02:26Be ready for this big sales.
02:27Don't worry about it.
02:29But go at your own risk on how you want to develop your roster.
