00:59a lead with Kaida Wolf down and around about 12th place is this one-way traffic now as far as
01:04you're
01:04concerned with Jeffrey Herlings or not? Unfortunately everyone else is now racing for P2 you know P1
01:10has gone and has decided I think Jeffrey he is not going to make any mistakes he's so relaxed and
01:15he's
01:15just enjoying the sand surfing and riding in his best you know and I think all the rest of
01:21the competition now have to battle for P2 and P3 and that's the end of the story. Well you can
01:26already
01:27see the gap opening up at the previous sector going through turn seven it was already down to
01:32what 1.8 now 2.9 Geisser getting squeezed to the inside as he goes after Tom Vielle these two
01:39fighting over third place Geisser looking impatient to find his way past the Frenchman on this first
01:43lap Stefan? Yeah I mean that first lap is like a 100 meter sprint you know everyone is just full
01:48on and
01:49you know trying to get into a better position that they're they're at and it's uh it's with some risk
01:55and you go in deep but uh you need to be fit to recover from from this first lap maybe
02:00first two
02:01three laps and if you're fit you will do that but for these guys uh you know they're not every
02:07day in
02:07the sand and it's a bit tougher you know but uh it's important now to make passes. Geisser skies his
02:13way past Tom Vielle as he does finally move into third at the end of this opening lap and he
02:18chose that
02:19outside line it's a little wider but a lot smoother on the run towards that liquid molly jump and that
02:23was the
02:24difference there between him and uh Vielle just had better drive Vielle was to the inside in all of
02:29those deep holes but in the end Geisser finds his way into third position at the end of that first
02:34lap but Hurlings the 156 9 already three and a half 3.6 seconds clear of Romain Febvre well if
02:39Febvre thought he'd come out swinging on the rear wheel of Jeffrey Hurlings at the start of the race
02:43when he emerged in second position Jeffrey Hurlings is trying to give him a different story here to say
02:48well if you do want to run for a race win you're going to have to stay with me a
02:50little bit uh
02:51longer than that impressive opening lap for Hurlings but uh Tim Geisser um what do you think uh Geisser
02:57season at the moment Stefan because obviously it's been up and down the five-time champ switching from
03:01Honda to Yamaha um overall this weekend i think it's been very solid and very consistent but yeah it's
03:07not about just this weekend is it no it's not only this weekend but he's not looking too bad in
03:11uh this
03:12track and this weekend he's actually doing uh one of his better races this year about all all over the
03:16year i think he's been struggling at some gps and uh you know making some uh some mistakes that we
03:22are
03:22not uh used to see from tim and it seems like uh the Yamaha is still not really dialed in
03:27for him yet
03:28and uh it will take a bit of more time and hopefully he will find it uh really soon
03:32kaida wolf who was 12th on the opening lap he's already on the rear wheel of
03:36river fernandez but if he finds a way through here when he goes tight to the inside he will move
03:41up past
03:42the spaniard into fifth place and the standard spanner rider now going past the honda hrc petronus
03:46rider um obviously not a hundred percent fit i guess in terms of he's missed a couple of races and
03:52he's now trying to race himself into fitness everybody thought he could have a good chance
03:56of winning the grand prix this weekend but how much uh to be honest yeah to be honest i don't
04:03think
04:03really realistic he don't have the chance to win i mean he has the speed and he has the technique
04:07like
04:07jeffrey and for sure he could battle him but he's just not fit enough at the moment because yeah
04:12coming back from the injury and you know uh and his starts are not a hundred percent you know you
04:17always have to fight himself back and that costs a lot of energy and when you come into the second
04:21position and then you need to close the gap and start to attack jeffre herrings and he's just riding
04:26on a roller coaster and then just steps it up a bit and he just kills the competition that easy
04:31so uh no i think kai needs to get a lot more fitter and stronger uh to to really compete
04:37with jeffrey
04:38on this condition well it didn't help that he uh didn't finish uh in montevaki obviously he didn't
04:43even line up but then he missed the next three races so that's what i mean he's lacking that race
04:47fitness had we had a rider that finished those last three or four races he'd come in a lot different
04:52and a lot better prepared is that what you're saying even though he loves these conditions no but
04:55uh kai has been beating uh jeffrey already in some dutch championship races you know he's really
05:02battling with him so he's he's uh he's got the momentum he's got the speed to to go to go
05:10and
05:10and race jeffrey for the win but not today unfortunately yeah well maximino rider who
05:16struggled in the first race down there in 11th position uh what we don't know what you can't
05:20see at home watching through tv is how hot and humid it is here on top of this physically demanding
05:24track
05:25kai de wolf down the back straight here going after the 16 of vial and makes light work of him
05:29as he moves into fourth place so with 24 and a half minutes to go plus two laps hurlings fabric
05:35geyser and de wolf now to fourth be out down to fifth
05:49so kai de wolf with a clear track ahead of him three and a half seconds between him and tim
05:53geyser now as
05:54he looks to try and challenge for that third place if you put the flag out now jeffrey hurlings
05:581-1 fevra 4-2 on 40 points geyser on 3-3 on 40 points kai de wolf on 40
06:05points with a second and a
06:06four so we've got a three-way fight for second overall in this grand prix someone is going to go
06:10home ecstatic that they've gone on the podium here someone is going to go home broken-hearted
06:17the wolf getting the board there telling him that uh geyser is two seconds up the track but he can
06:22see that he's less than that as he gets to the end of pit lane here's what happened at the
06:25start jeffy
06:26hurlings and tom vial once again the honda hrc petronas guys have definitely got their bikes fired
06:32ready for takeoff this year hurlings around the outside another foxhole shot for him and it
06:39controls that inside line into turn two a lot of riders a lot of people stefan evans were questioning
06:46not questioning the move that jeffrey hurlings going from ktm to honda but they thought maybe
06:52he'd need a little bit more time and everybody you know saw those early images in january when he was
06:56riding on it when you saw then did you think oh he's going to struggle or did you think that
07:02he
07:02would figure it out eventually and uh did he work it out sooner than you thought he would or has
07:06it
07:06taken a little bit longer in the first few races of course it's a risky move at that age you
07:10know
07:10jeffrey is not the youngest rider anymore and never been riding any other bikes so to move to a
07:15completely new bike and brand is a it was a bit risky but i mean it just managed to work
07:21out and
07:21he's been riding a lot of hours you know uh to really learn to know the bike how it's working
07:27and how it's doing and working on the setup and and of course that helped him a lot to to
07:32be ready
07:33for the season but we saw lucas kunan at some races where jeffrey had nothing to say where lucas was
07:39really on top of the game on top of jeffrey hurlings but i mean lucas lucas is unfortunately now
07:46injured and jeffrey has uh clear clear roads now for the world championship so but uh big credit to
07:53lucas kuno what he's been showing uh before he got injured adamo falls down the leaderboard here
08:00the red bull ktm rider will pick himself up and rejoin the race but it's been a costly mistake
08:05for adamo who was pretty impressive in the first race ran around about four geyser off the side of
08:10the track almost there through that long right hander that allows dwarf to get onto the rear wheel
08:14he finds his way past the slovenian and that's going to put him on the podium second overall
08:19as it stands right now i'm sure kai uh he will still uh go for for p2 you know i
08:26don't know uh
08:26it's if it's still possible but i think he still have some some energy in the tank you know and
08:31he should be uh still a few laps quicker than than faber faber can hold on yeah it can be
08:37still close
08:38for uh for a second place but let's see we were watching jeffrey hurlings a moment ago just bouncing his
08:43way around the race tower in the middle of the circuit he looks like the jeffrey of old doesn't
08:48he now on that on the honda in these kind of conditions um you've worked with him a very long
08:53time in the past when you're at ktm uh you've seen him ride and train you know exactly what he's
08:57all
08:57about yeah he's um yeah he's a bit of a complicated kid you know back then and all he wanted
09:05to do is
09:05just ride his bike you know if it would have uh be him he would ride seven days a week
09:10but you know it's
09:11of course too much and try to tell him already back then you know you gotta take it easy and
09:16you
09:16don't need to overdo things and you know save your energy for later you still have a lot of years
09:22to
09:22go and a lot of years ahead of you he's still going right now but he has he has big
09:27luck that he has
09:28such a strong body and uh big that can take a lot and he has a lot of energy in
09:33that body and that's
09:35that's uh i think one of his lucky things he has you know because other other guys can't do that
09:41i
09:41would never be able to do that what he's been doing like riding so much uh during the week
09:46we just saw the uh the replay there guys are getting it wrong and that allowed roman fevra to
09:53jump back in sorry uh kind of wolf to jump back in and make that pass then adamo just folded
09:58the front
09:58through that turn losing that position a moment ago but uh yeah he's definitely an animal jeffrey
10:04earnings because he only knows one way still now even uh i think that's the right word you said he's
10:09an animal and he's a beast when it comes down to training and riding and is mentally in a way
10:16he is
10:16he's mentally weak but on the other hand he's very strong and he's very strong physically and when it
10:23comes down to hard work and uh push it through but from the other hand he's weak because uh like
10:30i
10:30knew him in the past jeffrey don't have a lot of confidence even after winning a lot you know
10:34he still have to uh confirm to himself that he's good he's fast every day day by day he needs
10:41that
10:42he needs that confirmation to himself but eventually that made him become so strong so good and so fast and
10:49so strong you know because uh of that in terms of okay we've still got five races to go in
10:56terms of
10:57the championship uh we go to sweden the netherlands and turkey china australia but someone like jeffrey
11:02hurlings if he can equal the the legend of six titles joel rever the belgian what would that mean
11:09to you what would it mean to him and the sport in general because that is another big milestone that
11:14he's yet to reach he's got his 119 grand prix victories his race wins and his podiums but that
11:19six title that would kind of elevate him wouldn't it even further yeah at the moment he's at the same
11:24level like a lot of big uh legends like uh roger de costa and eric bors josh jubay uh tim
11:32geyser uh
11:33i don't know who i'm missing but anyhow that puts him instead a step ahead of that and comes on
11:38the same
11:39level like joel robert i mean joel he was for me also a big drive during my career to to
11:44go to go for
11:45those uh those records and and uh and still uh he's still one of my biggest uh legends you know
11:52of all time talking of records 40 300 people in here this weekend in normal we've got that new
11:57bank that's been getting bigger and bigger over the last couple of years around the back there
12:01uh no you've been watching from up there as well over the course of the weekend uh that's a great
12:05vantage point as well around this racetrack isn't it but you know good to see lommel still heaving and
12:11sort of booming with uh spectators everybody wants to come to this race yeah i mean the organization
12:15have been doing a lot of work the last 10 years and they've been working on on on those points
12:21especially for the spectators and you know you where you ever you go and watch you know you have
12:27a really good view and you see uh let's say 70 percent 80 percent of the track and and that
12:32makes
12:32it really cool so the organization is working on those points and uh plus we are lucky to have some
12:38young kids coming up like the kuna brothers uh which brings the french part of belgium a lot of fans
12:45out to the track i hear a lot of french speaking fans out there this weekend but that's thanks to
12:51the kuna brothers uh and then we have liam and we had iago so motorcross in belgium uh have a
12:58little bit
12:59of a new life going and that's good we needed that yeah absolutely well look jeffrey hurlings here we're
13:06uh 17 minutes plus two laps ago race one was a 17 laps we've just had lap six we are
13:12now on lap seven
13:13working our way towards the end of this lap through this wave section here he has just looked impressive
13:18hasn't he right from the very work go 14 seconds clear now roman fevre 22 seconds clear of kyda wolf
13:24with geyser another sort of two nearly three seconds further back your podium at the moment hurlings to
13:29before fevre geyser just off of it by two points but uh yeah honda hrc patronus this weekend when you
13:36think of uh grand prix victories the last on a honda was tim geyser in 2020 he became the 31st
13:41winner
13:42around this venue we've had 42 now with what happened in mx2 earlier and when you see jeffrey hurling
13:49stefan avitz in this kind of this mode hitting everything he said after the first race in his post-race
13:54interview he loves this track he wasn't even tired he didn't look like he was sweating said it was like
13:59a track that he grew up on as a kid and uh you know the rougher the better for him
14:03and we're seeing
14:03that now aren't we this is adama real quick on uh on gifting on uh speeds so that's for ninth
14:11place
14:12yeah going to jeffrey you know you see that he's the one who has the best momentum on this track
14:17you
14:17know and he's just got all the jumps dialed in and he just goes from one bump to the other
14:21and he doesn't need to use energy for that you know it's just having that right momentum and that's
14:27the technique you have in the sand but if you grew up in the sand as a small kid you
14:32learn it from
14:32from from from young of age and and you know where and what to jump and and then you don't
14:38need that
14:38energy everybody kind of looked at you as being the best sand rider in the world when you raced and
14:45when he joined the ktm program obviously you were there then from uh 27 2007 but obviously when he
14:52came on board as a kid in 2010 did you um have to teach him anything or did he already
14:58have this as a
14:58kid built in this kind of technique no it's uh jeffrey is one of these uh guys they are one
15:05you have one
15:06in 10 years you know and yet ken roxson you have uh joey prado like this they're so super talented
15:11on the bike it's not about teaching him how to go fast and how to read the bumps and and
15:16so on
15:17i think with jeffrey it was more other things and that was more on other side of uh yeah his
15:23personality
15:24and and respect and and so on so there were other things with him that we tried to work on
15:30uh but he's a very hard-headed uh guy and uh and that didn't uh click uh very often between
15:39us
15:39yeah heard you had one or two problems when he was a kid
15:44anyway 14 and a half minutes plus two laps to go jeffrey hurlings here we've got on screen here honda
15:48hrc petronus he's got his dancing shoes on folks once again just working his way majestically around
15:54this lommel circuit he's now 14 seconds clear of roman februa just managing that gap lapping around about a
16:00second a lap quicker but uh februa second to wolf third guys the fourth and vl fifth and um jeffrey
16:07hurlings looking in control at the moment
16:13he was
16:19just as we went into the break there stefan you were just talking uh you were just picking up something
16:23on screen there as you went by pit lane i don't know you just passed by pit line and i
16:26looked like
16:27he was uh hitting on his handlebar or doing something i don't know i couldn't really tell
16:31i guess maybe nothing maybe if we can get a replay of that then as he came over the liquid
16:37molly jump
16:37and then going past the pit lane on that last pass just to sort of see in more detail
16:43because obviously what people can't see at home is you know we've got a lot going on in the headsets
16:46here we're going to commercial breaks somewhere else and things like that but
16:50trying to wrap things up and then yeah difficult to sort of pick up that as we're on a on
16:54a timeline but
16:54yeah jeffrey hurlings hopefully it's nothing too uh problematic it's the last lap was also a 204
17:00and februa was on a 202 kai wolf was on a 201 so he's got a slow lap uh i
17:08don't know and there's
17:09something going on or the only thing that can stop him is a technical problem maybe a clutch and obviously
17:15he's riding well but he's not looking like he's riding overly um hard and aggressive doesn't look like
17:20he's on the clutch too much and if it was the left hand and he was pointing on the left
17:23side of the
17:24handlebar maybe he's kind of discicolating just watch here so he comes into land he looks across
17:29he's shaking his head as he comes into land the clutch looks like he's saying the clutch is done
17:38yeah would you agree with that yeah looks like it's his first uh sector was a 35 5 and uh
17:45from romeray
17:46was a bit faster like a small half second so that second sector is looks like okay so he's gonna
17:54have
17:55to ride and manage this situation here isn't he jeffrey hurlings and he's one of those guys that does
17:59rely on the clutch quite a lot tim guys are bouncing his way through there in fourth place yeah when
18:04you see
18:04them you know uh doing these little issues there at cost at cost uh energy you know
18:16so with uh 12 minutes plus two laps to go tim guys are here in fourth place we're getting ready
18:20to go
18:20down a pit lane with lisa leyland she is with yamaha i do believe uh just going to check in
18:25on tim
18:25guys's progress he's not on the podium at the moment it's two points shy fourth overall and uh tim guys
18:32are
18:32there so let's get down two pit lane if we can and uh check in with the yamaha crew
18:42i'm just with michele levity from the monster energy yamaha factory mxgp team michele at the
18:48moment tim's two points off the podium he's in fourth made a little mistake but on the whole he
18:54seems quite solid consistent maybe losing a bit of time in a few sections actually it's solid actually
19:00solid and i make a small mistake the sector two and uh i lost a bit of gap to kai
19:07so but still
19:0910 minutes to go and you know normal is quite tough and we need to keep going until the end
19:14of the
19:14morning because here you never know what's going to happen yes okay thank you
19:21michele levetti there right adamo is back up to seven this land is way past ram and the most
19:25jackets are under pressure from tom vial these two fighting over fourth place and fifth place
19:30monstrosity yamaha honda hrc patronas michele levetti saying is actually quite solid tim geyser
19:36this weekend third in race one he's looking at fourth in race two it's going to be fourth overall
19:40unless there's a problem ahead of him with hurlings dwarf or uh fevra in terms of the overall
21:02para a pista
22:33E a fitness é algo importante.
22:44Eles começam a fazer mistakes e a lap times vão diminuir.
22:47E então eles ficam mais mais mais mais.
22:50E então eles ficam mais mais mais.
22:52E então você fica mais mais mais.
22:53André Adamo procurando o caminho para o Ruben Fernandes.
22:56Esses dois lutarem em 6 posições.
22:58Fernandes estão lá no branco, branco e azul no Honda.
23:28Para tentar fazer o movimento acontecer.
23:59E começar a treinar novamente.
25:11Cursou-eu.
25:12É um cara de direção.
25:12O Poy through.
25:13E um cara de direção.
25:14O Poy through.
25:15E um cara de direção.
25:17Falou-eu.
25:18Ele já fez mais de direção.
25:18Ele já fez isso.
25:19Ele já fez isso até chegar ao final.
25:21Certo.
25:22E esse é só tão feito agora.
25:25E se for o 5ª.
25:26Então, então, então, já foi.
25:27Então, bom.
25:28Tom Biel.
27:44Ben Watson aqui no screen no Dirt Store Racing Triumph,
29:37você sabe?
29:46Kai de Wolf,
29:46closing in on Romero,
29:48this for second in the race,
29:50and with his second in race one,
29:52Kai de Wolf looking at a 2-2
29:53around this Lommel circuit,
29:55at this MXGP of Flanders,
29:56as he continues to race himself into fitness,
29:59he's got Romero there in his line of sight,
30:01the Frenchman,
30:02of course a winner around here in the past as well,
30:04won't be too easy to sort of,
30:07or he won't be too keen,
30:08let's say, to let him by,
30:09but you never know,
30:10it might just be a smart bit of riding from de Wolf,
30:12that allows that pass to happen,
30:15but time is running out,
30:16the two lap board will go out next time around,
30:18for Jeffrey Hurlings,
30:19meanwhile,
30:20Watson has found his way past Van der Mosteit,
30:22moves up in the eighth,
30:22Van der Mosteit down to ninth,
30:24and Haugmo up to 11th,
30:25having found his way past Iago Kier,
30:27it's the local boy,
30:28but here the Dutch and the Belgian fans,
30:30around the outside of us here,
30:31as Kai de Wolf gets closer to the rear wheel,
30:34and very quickly onto the rear wheel of Romero,
30:36Fevra,
30:37just as we approach the end of this,
30:39three laps to go period,
30:42Romero Fevra put in a good shift early on,
30:45thought he was safe there in that second position,
30:47but Kai de Wolf has found some energy in the reserves,
30:50late on in this race,
30:51on that Nastana Svana,
30:53and he will now wait for Fevra to commit,
30:55if he goes inside,
30:56he'll go outside,
30:57and vice versa,
30:58hoping for a wait through,
31:01two to go,
31:03Hurlings nearly 18 seconds clear,
31:05managing his technical issues,
31:07ahead of these guys,
31:12Fevra just having a bit of a lean there,
31:14as he hit those braking bumps,
31:15and dropped off into that left turn,
31:17cost him a little bit of time,
31:18and de Wolf is getting closer,
31:20ready to pounce,
31:21every step of the way now,
31:23and riding slightly lower in some of those sand turns as well,
31:25letting that scoop tire,
31:26hook up where it's a little bit firmer,
31:28trying to rush it down the inside here,
31:30Fevra knows he's there,
31:35Fevra jumps to the inside,
31:37through those holes,
31:38de Wolf looking for something different,
31:40both go to the inside,
31:41through this chicane,
31:43and the fans on their feet,
31:45once again for de Wolf,
31:46can they urge him on,
31:47into that second position,
31:49gets a good run here,
31:51he's gonna have to go to the outside,
31:52but then if Fevra decides,
31:53last minute to check up,
31:55and he does,
31:56prevents that pass from coming,
31:58but de Wolf on the fat side of the tire,
32:00look how wide,
32:01Roman Fevra is making himself down,
32:02that's right,
32:03oh,
32:04big crash for Roman Fevra,
32:07oh lucky he's okay,
32:08it looked like de Wolf,
32:09run over his head there,
32:10he just,
32:11just next to his head,
32:13he's happy,
32:14he's uh,
32:14happy he's okay,
32:15he looked like he was in control there,
32:17he was just starting to run across to the outside,
32:20and uh,
32:20he just catches here,
32:21and he just catches,
32:23just grounds out there,
32:24look he's hanging on for grim life,
32:26he goes down,
32:27and I think de Wolf had just passed him,
32:29de Wolf off the side of the track,
32:30Fevra able to pick himself up,
32:32close moment there for the Frenchman,
32:34but de Wolf up to second,
32:36Fevra re-emerges in that third place,
32:39somehow,
32:40big moment that in the race,
32:41very big moment,
32:42you could see that Jeffrey was really putting on the pressure,
32:45and uh,
32:46Romero didn't want to let off,
32:47but he was just,
32:48bit over his head,
32:49and he just made that little mistake there,
32:51I mean,
32:51it came out as a big mistake,
32:52and lucky,
32:53he's still finishing third,
32:54and he's not injured.
32:57The fans appreciative that the fact that
32:59Roman Fevra able to pick himself up,
33:01and rejoin the race here,
33:04but uh,
33:05takes a look over his shoulder,
33:06Fial about 20 seconds further back,
33:08so he's just got one more lap to bring this home,
33:10but a big moment for Roman Fevra,
33:12in the greater scheme of things,
33:13he's going to finish third overall on the podium,
33:16but it could have been so much worse,
33:17Stefan.
33:18Yeah,
33:18he's going to be sore the next couple of days,
33:20that's for sure,
33:21but he can be lucky,
33:23he's lucky,
33:23you know,
33:25could have been a lot more,
33:26more worse.
33:29So Jeffrey Hurlings,
33:30had issues around about the midpoint of the race,
33:33signaled to the team as he went by,
33:35and they're now just watching,
33:36waiting for him to come over the line,
33:38he's 26 and a half seconds clear,
33:40which is a big difference to what he had in race one,
33:43where he was victorious by 45 and a half seconds,
33:45over Kaida Wolf,
33:46hasn't been able to have been let loose,
33:49this time around,
33:50just been held back,
33:51with a slight slight issue,
33:54that he's been able to ride around,
33:55and that is experience in these kind of conditions as well,
33:58you've probably been there yourself,
33:59Stefan Evertz,
34:00where you've had to ride around something in these conditions,
34:03change your riding style ever so slightly,
34:05not easy to do,
34:06but it's very difficult,
34:08you know,
34:09when you get this attracted,
34:10especially going through lap riders,
34:11and they're most of the time in your line,
34:14and the best line,
34:15and you have to adapt to them,
34:17you know,
34:17even when there's blue flags,
34:19I still get a bit angry sometimes,
34:22that the lap riders don't respect the blue flag enough,
34:25you know,
34:26you don't know how hard it is to be in the lead,
34:28and that should make the space for the leader,
34:30and it just messes up your mind a bit,
34:33when you go through traffic,
34:34and you have to stay really, really focused,
34:36and it's so easy to make a mistake,
34:38and go down.
34:39Hurlings gets cheered on by the team,
34:41as he goes past pit lane for the final time,
34:43he has managed this situation perfectly well,
34:47out of the final turn,
34:48Jeffrey Hurlings goes 1-1 here,
34:50in Lommel,
34:51he wins the MXGP of Flanders,
34:54and that is a big win for him,
34:56finally he makes 120 Grand Prix victories,
34:59oh no,
35:00his bike has stopped on the final lap,
35:02that may put Geiser on the podium here,
35:06could have been with the crash,
35:08that something happened to his motorcycle,
35:11so a little bit of drama here on the final lap,
35:13involving Roman Febvre from third place,
35:17we'll get everybody else over the line,
35:19we wait for Kaida Wolf to cross the line in second,
35:24he should come through,
35:27we still wait for Dwarf,
35:28but it's going to be Hurlings Dwarf,
35:30Vielle Geiser at the moment,
35:32he's still yet to go through sector three,
35:34Vielle's gone through,
35:35Geiser's gone through,
35:36but we know right now,
35:37that Dwarf is going to be second,
35:39Hurlings your overall winner,
35:51the fight towards the line there,
35:53Vielle and Geiser,
35:54but it's going to be Geiser who's on the podium,
35:56he won't know that at the moment,
35:59as Febvre gets help from Kevin Strybos,
36:02to push that bike away from the track,
36:05and that is working its way,
36:07just after the point where he crashed actually,
36:09through that next left,
36:10over that monster jump,
36:11just around by the old commentary tower,
36:13in the middle of the circuit,
36:14that's how far he was,
36:15less than half a lap to go,
36:16before he was able to cross the line,
36:18on the podium,
36:19Jeffrey Hurlings shaking his head here,
36:21yes he's gone 1-1,
36:23but he is Mr. Perfection isn't he,
36:24he wants to win in perfect fashion,
36:26he's done that,
36:27but there is something lingering,
36:30under the background there,
36:31where he's a little bit mad,
36:33that he had a technical problem potentially,
36:35yeah yeah yeah no for sure he's gonna,
36:38he's gonna mention that in his after interview,
36:41but it didn't stop him to win you know,
36:47but the very dramatic end for Romain Febvre,
36:50which is a very pity,
36:51but he's lucky he's fine,
36:54and I have no injury with that crash he did,
36:57yeah it looked like the bike,
36:58came off second best in that respect,
37:01anti-pyrinan pushing the bike back,
37:04at least they haven't got too far to go,
37:04the workshop just the other side of the trees here,
37:06but this is Romain Febvre walking back,
37:08absolutely dejected look,
37:10he came through this turn here,
37:12this was the waves,
37:13this was the crash,
37:15and I tell you what the rear,
37:17the swing arm and the side of the tire,
37:19grazed the back of his head,
37:20and his neck there,
37:22as DeWolf went back into that second position,
37:25but Febvre with the laps,
37:26he's still gonna be credited with 13th position,
37:28because of how far in the race that he lapped up,
37:32but not what he wanted to hear,
37:34not how he wanted to finish this race here,
37:36in Flanders,
37:38but Geoffrey Hurling's your winner,
37:40he goes 1-1,
37:41Kaido Wolf 2-2,
37:42Tim Geisser 3-4,
37:44for third overall,
37:49can't believe it look,
37:51Romain Febvre absolutely gutted,
37:53with how things are finished here today,
37:55Geoffrey Hurling's,
37:56failed to finish.
37:56Obrigado.
